My favorite worker there is Carmen, she’s such a sweet person and is very helpful. Her and my mother always have great conversations and deserves the best!

I went to the mall today with two friends and the lady there was very rude. My friend asked for her name; it was Carmen (though i don’t trust her to be honest ab her name and is probably trashing on a kind coworker). When we walked in she did not greet us, only glared. At first I assumed she was just having a very bad day, but she continued to be unhelpful. When we asked to use the changing rooms she acted like we were inconveniencing her despite her just standing around. I tried to be understandable until I realized the top i purchased is stained. She very “directly” told me no discount and no return. The policy was displayed, but not noticeable and was hard to read. It was my bad, but I would find it much more helpful and transparent if she had told me in advance. She didn’t offer me any other choice like an exchange or store credit, but it is what it is. My friend group at school is definitely annoyed by this. Me and my friends will for sure not be shopping there ever again.

I went to buy at the store and the clothes are very nice and at an affordable price, Mrs. Carmen is very kind, but I didn't like the manager, whose name is Autum, because she treated us in a very racist way. I noticed that American people arrived and She treats us very well but because we are Latinos she treated us differently because she answered us in an indifferent way, she didn't want to help us and she barely exchanged a word with us, plus the face she made when I addressed her is as if she didn't want me to approach her like that. that he didn't even talk to her. It's like I have something contagious.
Those types of people like autum should not be in the store because they scare away customers and we are all equal, we are all human and my money is worth the same as that of the Americans.

Store manager was very rude as I was checking out. An outfit I was wanting was listed as buy one get one for $1. She rudely mentioned that was not the correct price and would not sell it to me for the price it was listed at either. There were many of the same outfits on the rack as well. She did not honor the price as she should have. Very dissatisfied with her customer service.

Sunday 8/13/23 the lady working locked us in the store. Nobody could come in or out as she was checking people out. The mall and store were not closing.She had the gate all the way down and locked with a key. This is incredibly dangerous! In case of an emergency people NEED a way out! Two young girls couldn’t leave to reunite with their parents. People had their small babies..We asked to be let out and was told to “just wait” as she continued ringing up people’s items. There’s zero reason to trap people in a store and not let them have a way out. I understand she was by herself checking people out but there’s other ways to handle stressful situations that don’t endanger other people lives.

Very attentive Mrs. Carmen helped us find what we wanted, always smiling & very attentive to give recommendations of what we were looking for. I will definitely return to the store and have a good experience in my purchase even though people throw things at her or mix them up very kindly. corroborate prices & rearrange to keep the store clean 10 out of 10 ??♥️

Quite a disappointing experience; I came for the excellent shoe deal that was happening so I could try and get my girlfriend something nice. There was no line, but I noticed something was weird when a lady shut the gate on us, essentially locking us in the store. I understand having to close, but maybe put up a sign or close it halfway? I finished my shopping quickly as I was getting glared at by the same worker now at the cash register; I can only assume because they wanted to go on lunch or something of that nature. When I finally went over, I was met with pure silence; the lady did not say a single word to me during the ENTIRE transaction. I was utterly shocked because I had never experienced such poor service in my entire life. I asked for her name, and I got a slight mutter from the lady, Carla or Carmen? I am 90% sure she lied about her name. This review is reasonably delayed because I filed a complaint through the receipt and was expecting a follow-up and got nothing. So, I thought if I couldn't even get a response privately might as well ask for one publicly.Edit: I just saw a recent review about this store being clean. Is that a joke? I hope a higher-up looks at the camera for half a second, and you can see the slum-like state this store is in. Sad!

There is this worker there her name is carmen! she is the best worker there. My mom doesn't understand english so she was very helpful and was talking in spanish to us!

The employees are the worse that I saw ever. flatairon costumer service, Elvia and another girl just closed the door with me and my sister inside cause we went in lunch time and they just say "now you have to wait" i use to buy there but not anymore! people like that don't deserve work in costumer service

Horrible store, terrible service, the people who work there are very hypocritical, you buy some clothes for girls and they tell you you have two weeks to change it and you come to change it and in order not to do so they tell you that it cannot be changed, whoever told you that, They don't even work there anymore, as you think, not even to buy a gift because if the clothes don't fit you can't return them, store specializing in mennntiirraasss, and if they charge you more all they do is tell you sorry but I can't return the rest to you I give you a card, wow, think before buying something in this store, I don't recommend it
