“Unfortunately, a lot of the goods are poorly made. While the quality is still 50/50, almost half of the cotton T-shirts are sewn on the bias. However, you can sometimes find good clothes for babies here, and the jeans are of decent quality.”

“I worked here as a participant in the friend and family event on Black Friday and the day after. I was visiting Colorado for Thanksgiving. I'm old and have a ton of experience in customer service and sales. Never have I experienced such a great happy operation with all pulling together from store manager down to seasonal associate. Either as an employee or as a customer. The attitudes of the employees were exemplary and the merchandise is very high quality. The customers were happy reflecting the apparent happiness of the staff. My granddaughter is a manager and I'm extremely impressed by her skills and those of all of the staff. I will go back to the East Coast and become a Victoria Secret devotee. Thank you Victoria Secret for a great experience.”
“Liv and Edie are the best. One magical day I cruised in here looking for some special work attire. Something to help me stand out in a good way and get noticed at a new job. These girls really took care of me and made me feel special. Liv went out of her way, while I was in the dressing room, cruised through the whole store, and brought me back a complete outfit that was absolutely perfect for me. In the 15 minutes I spent shopping around, I couldn’t have found the pieces she did and put together so nicely!!! Edie was super emotionally supportive and both girls changed my life for the better. Next time I’m in the store, I hope to get a picture of the two together. This is Amanda with Liv in the photo. She was sweet too. Liv is a great manager. “Came in to pick up a shoe we ordered online. There were new and more experienced employees helping each other. They're all welcoming, and asked about our day as we waited.
Zain was helpful in picking a shoe afterwards as well, showing us the size and availability. We came back to order in person, and they were helpful with that too.
David's the manager was helpful as well.

“I absolutely love shopping at this PacSun location! The store manager, Meadow, and the assistant managers Esther, Cole, Kentin, and Joey are all incredibly sweet, helpful, and welcoming. They’ve gone out of their way to help me locate items on the floor, check the back for additional sizes, and make sure I had the best shopping experience possible. The environment is always fun and inviting, the store is well organized and fully stocked every time. and the Brandy section is phenomenal. I’ve been treated with nothing but kindness every time I shop here. Highly recommend this location!!”
