I come here because my wife loves this place. The women working are all super nice and you can tell they really love their jobs. When I go by myself to get a gift they are all very nice and very helpful. I think they are the nicest employees at all of the coach stores I've been to. (I've been to a lot)

Dylan was super helpful and the sweetest soul ever. Dylan helped me over the phone to find a certain wallet i really wanted, he was able to locate it and help me with the next steps to get said wallet. 10000/10 customer service.

My favorite coach store! They’re all so wonderful. I have a great conversation with them every time I stop by. They know me so well and always present great bags that are within my taste. The commute over is always worth it! Couldn’t recommend them more.

Had a great experience. Emily, Eva, and Dylan were amazing. Found two new bags for an upcoming trip while Dylan offered to condition my Coach Rogue while I shopped. The knowledge of the team and customer service was excellent.

Stopped in window shopping and was extremely impressed by the customer service they provided to the window shoppers. This is the standard that all retail stores should have their customer service. Dylan was awesome

The ladies here are super sweet and helpful ! I was initially only coming in to get a feel for a bag I saw online but fell in love and got it there. They also let me know I could get the tag on my bag hot stamped at no additional charge which I never knew coach did. They did it on the spot and I didn't have to wait for days like some other higher end stores that offer the same services.

For a high-end store, the customer service at this location is appalling. The manager made a mistake when refunding an item and then blamed me for it. He was extremely argumentative, smug and almost delighted in upsetting me. I'll never buy another Coach handbag or item from any Coach store again.

Stopped in to have a bag cleaned. I had other shopping to do, so I said I would pick it up later. Sure enough, they called the next day to say it is ready.

I learnt hard way that Coach has the worst customer service. I bought 2 bags online using paypal and came to this store to return one of them thinking return would be fast when done at store. They said they had to ship it back and gave me a tracking barcode. They mailed a 118$ gift card for a 300$ bag. I unfortunately lost the tracking code. I called customer service they asked me to contact store. I asked why the gift card was shipped but they say they don’t have any info of that. Customer service showed zero interest to help. When i contacted store they asked me to call customer service. What kind of system they have not being able to track a return that was done in store? They seem to be deliberately doing so. I read other such posting on other forums where they messed up returns for purchase done with paypal. I opened a case with paypal and Amelie, store manager called me saying they would refund me if I withdraw the paypal case but i wanted it to be resolved via paypal. But paypal later asked me for the same return label. I am mad at this store because they couldn’t help me provide the return related info. They should have the record. But they say they dont have it. I asked for a cctv camera recording for the proof. They say they don’t keep the record. I feel like they are taking advantage just because i lost the tracking number. Hope someday i will be able to make them experience the same loss that i was incurred. I will remember!

Very pushy, unhelpful and even argumentative! Maybe its just temporary staff for Christmas, but the service was beyond frustrating. I was looking for a bag for my wife and the saleswomen would not let me browse or ask any relevant questions to help narrow things down. Their tactic is to hide their price tag in the bag, forcing you to inspect every item and slow down the search, such that you're pestered every 1-2 minutes by salespeople who don't understand that when the average person is buying a $400-$500 bag that he/she might like a few minutes to consider the purchase. Left this store for Dillards, whose salespeople know how to help and give customers adequate space. I spent $1000 there after walking out of Coach. If you love having expensive products shoved in your face without any consideration for your requirements, budget or personal space, you will love shopping at Coach Flatirons.
