I'm going on three weeks without a couch and three missed deliveries where I expected to get the couch. Go with room and board and pay the extra money. This experience has been horrendous

Nice looking store, utterly slow when picking up. Still waiting for someone.

I am so dissatisfied with Crate and Barrel and the Imprint roll out with them. I have spent too much time trying to validate a card that has the incorrect information. I may pay off my bill and never shop again.

The salesperson was great and so was our product. I made sure to support the store by placing our order with the store. ***Beware*** that they will keep your credit card on file even if you paid in full and will make additional charges after the order is placed. I think this is something fishy and illegal the accounting or managing department is doing. The salesperson was diligent with addressing it. Please continue to check your credit cards after!

I can’t thank Liz enough for her couch selection help!!! It was beginning to feel like we had sat on every couch in Colorado with no luck. We went back to Crate and Barrel still struggling. We were blown away by her guidance, knowledge, and warmth. It was like shopping with a smart and sophisticated friend. She went above and beyond with communication after our visit to help us find THE ONE. She found us exactly what we needed and we are beyond excited to sit for hours in comfy and luxury! Thank you again Liz.

I could look past the outrageous prices if the customer service backed it up, but it doesn’t. Employees aren’t experts but when making a furniture purchase of over $6000, the people should know how to speak to the product. Kind of a waste of time and money when all is said and done.

DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM CRATE AND BARREL.
we purchased a couch, bought upgraded fabric and within 6 months it is pilling and threads are coming out. Customer service has been useless. They offered $200 on a $4000 couch. They sent out a furniture repair man who essentially told us there is nothing that we can do but keep shaving it. Even where we shave it, it looks threadbare. Horrible quality and customer service does not care.

Crate and Barrel delivery is the worst. DO NOT use them! I ordered an in-stock couch on 1/5/25, paid $400 for delivery and now, SEVEN weeks later, still do not have a couch! Found out today it is still sitting in their warehouse. Every time I call I get a different answer regarding the status. Horrific delivery service!
Update: The mess continues!
They magically found the couch and agreed to deliver it the next morning but when the delivery drivers showed, they said it wouldn't fit through the doorway. The measurements said there should be 5 inches of room, but the drivers said that wasn't enough. We ended up refusing delivery and are out the $400 delivery fee. The drivers said this happens all the time with this couch (Barrett).
Today, more than one week after we refused delivery, I got a call from CB wanting to schedule delivery. Seriously?!? These people have no idea what is going on!! Wonder how long, or if, I will ever get a refund?!?
I got the CB credit card just for this order, and delivery took so long I had to pay it off before we got it. I am seriously concerned I will not only not get the $400 delivery fee back but also won't get a refund for the couch. CB seems completely incompetent when it comes to delivery!

I purchased five exterior planters from Crate & Barrel for a total cost in excess of $1,000. Four have held up well, but one developed a crack within the first season due to what appears to be a design flaw. When I contacted Crate & Barrel, they declined to repair or replace it, instead recommending that I hire a furniture or hardware specialist at my own expense to patch it with plaster. Notably, they have since discontinued this specific planter, likely due to the flaw, but still refused to offer any resolution. While most of the products performed as expected, the lack of support for a defective item was disappointing.

They're always so nice in here. Wish they wouldn't have discontinued the bone china we're using though.

Lovely experience. Called the store to verify they had a product in stock. The gentleman checked and it was. Offered to do payment over the phone and then pick up when it was convenient. So smooth. I went to the store to browse as I forgot if he said it was in store or at pick up. The staff was super sweet and helpful.
