Very poor customer service at this location. Provided a sales associate with a list of rug swatches that we wanted to check out and it took well over 30 minutes for her to find “most” of the swatches. I told her to forget about the remaining swatches that hadn’t been found because it had been quite a long wait. No apology for the wait. No check-ins throughout the process to give us an update. Just a very frustrating experience all around. Take your business elsewhere if you are considering various rug options.

I was trying to find specific placemats that my niece wanted for Christmas. They were no longer available online, and we don't live near a Crate and Barrel so I wasn't sure whether or not to give up or try. I decided to call the Flat Iron Crossing store. Clara answered, looked it up, and double-checked to be sure the placemats were indeed in the store. Clara held them for me to be sure I got them. When I arrived, it was a quick and easy process to buy them because she had let the staff know.I so appreciate the assistance, kindness, and competence of Clara and Kate. Moreover, the store is gorgeous and inviting. I will choose to shop there and will let my friends and family know that they should too.

I needed a couch for a second home located about 3 hours away. I chose crate and barrel due to the fact they offered white glove delivery to the zipcode. The couch cost way more than what I would normally pay BUT, I needed the white glove delivery as I cannot transport it myself from the store.The problem is, no where in the fine print did they mention that the delivery could only be completed certain days of the week. Those days of the week happened to be days that are impossible for me to make the 3 hours commute to receive the product.Now, 3 months later I still don't have the couch. Have wasted multiple hours on calls with customer service and the delivery company. I have asked for a refund since my couch cannot be delivered as promised and they said I can only get a 50% refund in the form of a gift card. Just an absurd.I have always been a fan of Crate and barrel and their store groups, but after this, I will never buy anything from Crate and Barrel ever again.

A bowl from our wedding registry arrived broken. Instead of paying for shipping and sending it back I went in to the store. They were so helpful and just did an even swap with a new one. Was nice to go around looking at other things we had added to our registry to see what they looked like in person. Everyone at this store was so nice and helpful!

It's so disappointing when you try to check stores just to be ignored by staff. This is like a hang out place for employees, everybody is just busy chatting away. Not a single employee welcomed us nor lend to help. Such a great store with unprofessional staff.

Made a large purchase. Completely disappointed. No response from the store or Customer service.Been in a couple times to decide on a dining table. Finally made the decision to make the purchase. I was told the table would take several weeks to arrive. Totally fine. It arrives and it has screws missing. The crew who delivered and installed the table notified their manager and all they were concerned about was whether we would accept the shipment or not. No solutions nothing. The delivery crew was more helpful than anyone else. They mentioned this is an reoccurring problem, they make complaints and nothing is fixed. The dining tables always have screws missing.I paid over $4500 for a dining table to have screws missing. I called the store and instructed I call customer service. I am still waiting for a solution. The table is beautiful but I cannot use it because it's not secure and I'm afraid it might fall on children. $4500 and this is what I receive. Wow.

The Crate & Barrel customer purchase database did not have record of the purchase of my sofa, despite my having an order number, for the purchase of another slip cover. However, Patty was able to "reverse engineer" the sku number from my order to ensure the correct replacement slip cover was ordered.Not being able to rely on the integrity of a retailer's system is inconvenient but Patty's resourcefulness helped to minimize the impact of the missing records.In the end, I decided to order another sofa, rather than a replacement slip cover; the quality of the products coupled with the quality of service offered were significantly weighted in my decision.Had the records been present in their system, mine would have been a 5-star rating.

I have never left a bad review on google however, i feel this is necessary. We went to this location to purchase quite a bit of furniture but the ladys in the store were extremely rude! One of the ladys we worked with was Peggy. Unfortunately i didnt get the other ladys name. They were wispering and laughing behing the register almost the whole time and were not at all helpful. I have never had this kind of experience. If you are looking for furniture at this location i would suggest taking a look at lovesac instead where there customer service is substantial!
