The manager was miserable, so it was definitely unpleasant making a return. It felt like we were being scolded for being there lol.There were also inconvenient rules in place that while no fault of the employees there, made making a return even worse.For one, they don’t offer store credit (even for gifts). Plus, if you “start” an online return (even if you cancel it), they won’t accept an in-store return. And return shipping is about $8.

The warranty isn't real. I returned to the store with two button down dress shirts that were simply falling apart in the wash. They told me they couldn't exchange them because they didn't have the same exact pattern, since they updated the patterns. They told me I could call a number for help, which I did. The person on the phone said I could send in my shirts and emailed me a shipping label. After months, I got my previous shirts back with a paper that said they couldn't process my request because the shirts weren't in good condition. Just know that you can't rely on their guarantees. I've learned my lesson.

My husband has been buying jeans from Eddie Bauer for longer than I’ve known him. He has never had to return anything, until today he tried to use the guarantee for the jeans he bought not even a year ago. The manager decided to not honor the company’s guarantee, and wouldn’t even come out from back and look at us.

Sad that there is no longer a for life warranty but a huge shout out to Cameron and Jacob for helping me with my jacket. It was warrantied due to a defect and they had the same one in stock. These two went out of their way to help me and it’s that kind of service that keeps me coming back!

Clothes is great and the customer service at this one is fantastic, always helping you find what you need and getting you deals on such great quality clothes, they have a great team lead by wonderfully helpful management.

Literally racially profiled as soon I walked in with my father. We didn't even say a word and a lady working there looked us up and down and said the clearance section is that way. I find this very offensive given that we're hispanic and dressed casually. No wonder not many people shop here.

Eddie Bauer products shed their feathers through seems after a short while, and zippers get stuck, they only look nice, but are made very low quality & cheap.They only look nice, but they are not practical, most of their winter jackets are not good enough for Colorado cold winters, you will end up wearing something that is thicker and has more dawn feathers in them.Zippers are thin and cheap, zippers keep getting stuck all the time, and breaking. Since 2017 I have purchased over $1200. of products, mostly winter jackets, and most of them has started shedding their dawn feathers through their seems, and zippers don't work anymore.In 2017 they had """ anytime""" Return Policy back in 2017, but since then they have changed their policy many times, and do not honor their policy anymore.I talked to the store manager (Julie Smith):She told me that their policy has changed since and nothing can be done.She is a very rude and arrogant person with anger problem.At the time she did not even allow me to speak, she just enforced her opinion, with an utterly rude attitude. She has anger problem and not a person who can deal with customers. I was disappointed and walked off the store. I will not buy from Eddie Bauer ever again!!!

Very bad service. Ordered items took my money called several times to ask when my items will ship. They said they had to call each location to even find the pants. That is strange to me that they sell items they dont know if they even have. Supervisors caller me back and said my items shipped but they only created a label. Can not talk to anyone in the US. The customer service people were very nice but really couldnt do anything to help.
