I have had a wonderful experience at Elements Massage in Broomfield. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. Customer service was excellent, and they made sure I felt comfortable and well cared for throughout my visits. I highly recommend them. Hannah is the manager and is so accommodating and helpful.

I had my first session with Tasha today and just wanted to share how grateful I am! I came in with a lot of neck and shoulder pain and left feeling so noticeably better -not just relaxed, but genuinely relieved. I’ve been trying to find a massage therapist who really listens and adjusts to what your body needs, and she did exactly that. She was attentive, intuitive, and incredibly kind throughout the whole session. I truly feel the difference. Highly recommend seeing her if you’ve been searching for someone who really gets it. 💛

If I could give 0 stars I would. I bought a $100 gift card online from elements massage for my partner and when we tried to redeem it they said they couldn’t find it and then refused me any other help. When I tried to contact elements massage online they ignored me completely. I’m sure the masseuse’s that work here are wonderful, but I do NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Go support a local massage place instead.

If you’re looking for someone who really knows how to work out the knots, Randy is your guy! He’s got some serious strength in those fingers and elbows — perfect if you like deep tissue and aren’t afraid to really get the kinks out. Every session leaves me feeling looser, lighter, and honestly a little taller. 😄 Super professional, intuitive, and clearly passionate about what he does. Highly recommend if you want more than just a relaxing rub — this is real bodywork!

I've always had a good experience at Elements. At the Broomfield Elements the manager was very understanding about a concern that I had and gave all the proper information I required. The massage therapist was highly skilled. I look forward to trying out different massage therapists as well.

GO TO JILL! I went for a 90 and asked for her to focus on my neck, shoulders, and the back of my skull. I asked for a Firm (3-4 on their website). She murdered my knots with little discomfort! She got to muscles in my neck and jaw that I didn’t know existed! This was my phenomenal. I spent the next hour after allowing my sinuses to drain out, totally surprised by that. She’s super good!
FYI: despite my use of verbs this was an extremely relaxing massage, there was nothing harsh about it… I’m just super surprised. Go see Jill!

Booked an appointment online with ease. Front desk was friendly and helpful before and after the massage. Randy was the massage therapist and he was patient and listened to the issues I was struggling with. As he worked, he explained what he was seeing where he felt he should focus to help relieve my pain and discomfort. Definitely felt that Randy tuned the massage to my most immediate needs, instead of repeating the same head to toe deep tissue massages I've had before. Looking forward to future visits!
