Horrible experience! Called ahead of time to verify what would be needed to open a student checking account with a 14 year old that I am legal guardian for - was told I would need my IDs and either her insurance card, birth certificate or social security card. Left work and showed up with those documents - they then requested my guardianship documents which I provided and they proceeded to tell me that I needed conservator documents (which is incorrect as I am not opening a conservator account), I informed them that is not the case and they can look up the code on the legal document I provided them to show what rights I have as Guardian and they told me no and that they couldn’t open the account after I had been there for an hour and a half. I immediately went to a different financial institution and was given no problems at all (since I have all required documents). Will be closing my accounts as I don’t trust an institution whose legal department can’t read a legal document.

Absolutely ridiculous poor customer service. My parents drove from a couple towns over and went in to open a new CD as a new customer at 10:35 am. They were told by the teller that the usual process is about 30 minutes but since their lunch hour started at 11:00 am they would not be able to help right now and they would have to come back later. You lost a new customer over 5 minutes of inflexibility and selfishness.

Horrible location. Drove all the way from Boulder to be met by one employee who is apparently completely new and left totally unattended to man, both the counter and the drive-thru
