Our first experience with this Enterprise was alright, no problems but nothing to rave home about. Our second experience was less than desirable. We confirmed the car we were renting prior to arriving, but were then unexpectedly downgraded due to providing a debit instead of credit card. Not a huge deal, but I think that could have been stated when we were choosing our rental. Our return was the real hassle though. We were told we could be given a ride home since we live nearby and tried to call for 30+ minutes attempting to confirm this. No one ever answered and we were hung up on twice. We drove the car back to Enterprise and proceeded to wait over 30 minutes to even be recognized. Another couple came in and said they had also been trying to call for over an hour with no response. When they saw all of the people packed in the tiny lobby and no employee in sight, they canceled their plans to rent that day and left. Meanwhile, the phones are ringing and ringing in the background with no one ever answering them. The employee even said it was hard to concentrate on checking someone else out with all the ringing going on! When it was finally our turn to return our car the process went smoothly. At the end the employee asked about our experience with customer service and I mentioned them not answering the phones. She immediately retorted that she was doing her best, but it's a busy day. That is absolutely unacceptable. Ignoring the phones completely is certainly not "doing your best." It sounds like they are well aware how busy the weekends are, so why is there literally 2 employees there on the weekend when there's 6+ people standing around during a non busy weekday? We ended up having to wait for an Uber to take us home, which is fine, but we could have scheduled it in advance had they answered the phones and told us whether or not they could provide a ride home. I would only give them my business again in the future if I was really in a pinch and without any other options.

The price you choose online is not guaranteed. I booked an economy car online and called an Uber. I was already on my way when they called me and told me that I would need to pay a higher rate because they didn't actually have any economy vehicles. They tried to make it sound better by saying that I was getting a deal—but I ended up paying more than I originally agreed to.

I went to pick up my rental on a very busy sunday morning. It was also very cold outside. Mackenzie and the gentleman working with her were very attentive and efficient. She was outside getting people into cars for 20 minutes straight. Returning the car also went very smoothly working with Noah.

The team at the Broomfield, Colorado location is top notch! One of the best car rental experiences I’ve had to date.

Blake the Assistant Branch manager of the Broomfield branch was such a big help. Even with a busy branch he treated everyone in front of me and behind in the line with such great hospitality. He even warned me about the way coming weather. Which of as very helpful.

Dillon Selfors was professional and efficient. It can be a pain to rent a car and return it, but he made the process smooth and seamless. Thanks Dillon!

Manager went above and beyond to provide best service. Customer service is pretty good for a rental car location. They do treat customers with respect and give time to each and every concern.

I am shocked and deeply disappointed by my recent experience with Enterprise. They rented me a car that broke down. The fault was entirely theirs. The Enterprise tow-truck driver even admitted, "This seems to be happening a lot lately."And yet, Enterprise just sent me a bill for thousands of dollars, claiming the damage was my fault. They are even charging for the unused time on their vehicle while it was being repaired. And yet, again, the internal damage to their car was ENTIRELY THEIR FAULT, NOT MINE.I will dispute your claim, Enterprise, and I will share my story far and wide to discourage others from doing business with you. You are a good example of everything that is wrong with the car rental business. Shame on you.

They provided a car that got me from point a to point b. It produces a lot of road noise, shook when I was on the highway and it was in generally poor mechanical shape. I believe the car needed new tires, an alignment and a tune up at minimum.I rented a car from Avis this week that was significantly better, so I will not be choosing enterprise again in the future.

Jake is a great guy to work with. We came in and he had several cars returned damaged and clearly had multiple issues going on all at once. He was very professional and polite and got us in one of their last cars as an upgrade. He even gave us a half tank of gas for the inconvenience. Overall, it was a great experience and were treated with respect by all the staff. Thanks again Jake!

For a place with 10 people asking you to rate them 5 stars they’re completely awful. Don’t rent with these clowns unless you want to find out you “owe them money” 3 months after your rental is over because of their own incompetence. The guy that showed me my rental was probably the fakest person I’ve ever met. His name is Parker… or Peter. Don’t worry. he’ll tell you because it’s almost like spider man! However, Instead of saving people, he’s stealing customers money by “upgrading them” but still having them pay for it. Thanks Spider-Man! You’re a hero.

I rented a car in Grand Junction, CO, which i drove to Lafayette, CO, with the intent to go on to Tulsa, OK. Around Georgetown the A/C stopped working. I took the rental into this location to get assistance. The manager-in-training (J.B.) refused to help. He said he was "...too busy to help with cars from other sites, even tho they are the same company." He also said had no cars to trade. He handed me a business card with a list of phone numbers and said I was free to call other locations myself to work it out, but did not offer help from himself or his two employees, who were sitting idly watching our exchange. After 15-20 minutes of trying to get help, we ultimately had to resolve it ourselves. I'd give negative stars if it was possible to Broomfield, Enterprise Auto Rentals. I finally got the situation handled after my sister-in-law called the DIA location. 45 minutes later we arrived at DIA, explained our situation, and the manager, Melissa, was extremely helpful. Her staff diagnosed the problem and offered me an exchange vehicle, and had me back on the road in less than 30 minutes, despite having fewer cars returned than going out that day.
