Brecca makes this store special. She is super rad and down to earth! I work at the mall and have frequented this store for several years and have had a few poor experiences with the old staff being rude and dismissive. Brecca and her team go out of their way to make you feel welcome, and they keep the store clean and inviting and the clearance room well stocked! Thanks for all that you do team Express Flatirons!

Hands down my favorite store and I have been to a ton of Express stores in my years. Brecca, the store manager is really cool, and kind, and has great style and advice to offer! She always has a smile on her face and is super welcoming. And her staff are awesome as well. Go see for yourself! You won't be disappointed.

Yesell and this store are amazing! I had a wedding to attend over the weekend I was running late to the store. They had an array of options picked out for me and made my shopping experience smooth and memorable. I walked out with a crisp suit and had a great time at the wedding!

This is the most attentive staff. I always get greeted and asked if I need help. They always put my items in a fitting room which I love because I don’t want to be carrying so much when I shop. Kristin Is one of the newer managers at this location and she really is helpful. Her energy is contagious and it makes me want to shop!

Went to Express to help my fiancé find slacks and dress shirts for the groomsmen. We had a lot of questions and needed help. Yesell went over and beyond to help us. She answered our questions, helped us look, and gave great advice. She truly made our experience amazing. I don’t usually shop at express but I ended up leaving with bags of clothes for myself and an outfit picked for the groomsmen. I will definitely be back thanks to Yesell.

I was very annoyed being at this location they were pressuring me to include more items to my purchase I overheard one of the managers tell the person helping me to get me to add another item like 3 times. I understand that’s their job but don’t push it besides they asked if I wanted a fitting room like 10 times. I just didn’t enjoy my shopping experience here

I just thought I would share my experience a couple of days ago I went in because I needed to grab a few things. The employees we’re super sweet and helpful. But I was helped by this one employee her name was Nat! She asked all the right questions and shared all the information that I needed to know about the clothing items. Not once did she get annoyed by me locking myself out of my dressing room multiple times ha ha she made my shopping experience super enjoyable as well as the Express flat irons team!!

I am extremely satisfied with my experience at this express today. Ronaldo and Karla Went above and beyond to help me pick out my very first suit. They also saved me hundreds of dollars by explaining the sales that were going on today. Outstanding customer service and team!

Super unhelpful staff - I have spent thousands of dollars at Express - yet when I tried to return 3 items - which mind you we are in the middle if a pandemic and most stores are offering extended return windows - they refused to make the exchange, refused to offer store credit and said the only thing they could do is have me exchange it right at that moment for something else (which due to health concerns I didn’t want to be forced to stay longer than I needed). You would think customer loyalty and a basic awareness for the current state of things would count for something. As other people have mentioned don’t waste your money and go to another store/brand that values their customers.
