This may be the most efficient business ever. Purchased an item I needed to store. I rented space online and immediately received an email with my information and access code, all in under 60 seconds. The app gives me accessibility to my account and to my access code, including bluetooth access to the gate. Rental came complete with a lock waiting on me in the storage unit which saved me time. If only everything ran this smoothly…

The staff is 5-star but Extra Space raises the rental every other month. So it went from being extremely reasonable to outrageous.
