I’ve used multiple storage facilities in different states and this location is by far the best! The property manager Brayden is professional and takes his role seriously. I’ve seen him helping guests and walking around monitoring activity. This is SO important because peace of mind is priceless! My worst fear is theft but would I never worry here because the level of security. Their rates are reasonable and competitive.
I had to move out but if I’m ever in need again I will use this facility. It’s clean, safe and I know the staff really take pride in what they do.

Very expensive. Look elsewhere. The monthly rent was raised by $50 shortly after I moved in. The driveway was cleaned by blowing all the debris under the door of my unit. Recently saw that units identical to mine were renting for more than $200 less a month than I was paying.

Clean facility, with extremely easy online set up. Nice location with easy access.

I have never made a Google review in my life so I asked my daughter to help me make a Google account just to write this.
My husband and I went to the office to find out if they had any bigger units. There was a man at the counter already when we walked in. He was screaming his lungs out at the manager Braidon because his things were auctioned off for not paying his bill! Well duh, you pay your bills or your things are sold, that’s just common sense! The manager Braidon was being professional and polite but the man was swearing and cursing and making a scene. We walked back to our car to wait for things to calm down and we could hear him yelling all the way out in the parking lot!
When he finally left, we went back inside to ask about the units and I expected the manager to be flustered or upset but he was all smiles and professionalism and courtesy. I would have been in shambles!!! He helped us find the perfect unit to move to and made sure that we were comfortable with the whole process the entire time!
Thank you Braidon! I don’t know how you do it but I guess they’re made of different stuff at Extraspace!

The folks working desk at the storage facilities are fine. Awesome, even.
The online support staff? They suck, and they pretend to be unable to solve problems that every other customer service system can (unwillingness to support Gmail addresses other than the primary).
If I had another option, I'd have chosen it.

I had a great experience renting a new storage unit from Kosi. She was great at showing me the different sizes available and location of the available units. I appreciated how quickly she was able to help me and get signed up. Super easy process.

Extra Space Storage in Broomfield is secure and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that my storage rent continued to increase, what seemed like, every few months to the point that it did not make sense to continue. That said, I would absolutely rent from them again as they are top notch.

The storage units are clean. You get an intro rate and then 4 months later your rate doubles. 100% increase in 120 days. I called to see if there was anything I can do about the rate and got told the switch in pricing is in my contract. I won't be back.
