I’ve had a very bad experience with this company. They never have anyone available to help when you need assistance. Every time you call, no one is in the office. The woman who answers the phone is always busy, doesn’t respond, or says she’ll call back but never does.
I’ve tried several times to make a payment and couldn’t because they are never reliable or available. Now they’ve sent me to collections for $108, which is not fair since I made multiple attempts to pay. Very disappointing service.

This used to be a cubesmart. Extra space storage bought it and increased my rental price by 62%. Guess I'm moving all my stuff, again.

Been with them six months and it’s smooth sailing so far. Had to switch from a smaller unit to larger and it was an easy transaction.

My experience with Extra Space is limited because they bought out the previous facility I was using. But the transition was smooth and I have no complaints.

Dave at Cubesmart on 6th Ave in Broomfield/Lafayette has provided the Best customer service at a storage facility I have ever had! and I am past storage unit queen.
You are treated to quality customer care and feel great every time you visit!!!

Dave was a godsend. Patient, putting up with us during a stressful period, accommodating, and the service did and was exactly what we needed it to do and be.
Was easy peasy and as painless as possible. He even let us extend a bit past the first month with a pro-rate as we cut it close to the wire and didn't have to sink another unnecessary month. Places don't have to do that. He did.

Dave was very friendly and made the entire process so easy. The location is great and easy to get to. I especially appreciated being able to make the reservation online and complete the process in person.

I rented a 10 x 5 unit here in 2021- at that time the rent was $89 per month. In not even three years, the rent increased by 65%- I was paying $145 per month starting in January of this year…for a 10 x 5!! No one would ever answer my questions as to why the price had changed so significantly, especially since similar units in the area were still all averaging $80-90 per month so it’s not like the increase was reflecting changes in the market.
Also, and while I completely expect that for an “external” unit (door faced the alley in between rows of units) things inside would naturally get dusty/dirty, my belongings were literally filthy when I moved out last month- and not just from dust, but there was a 1/2 inch coating of BLACK powder/dirt on everything and handfuls of cottonwood seeds and leaves piled up INSIDE my unit due to the age of the place and the warped weather stripping on the doors.
I Couldn’t imagine paying so much for that kind of facility anymore so not only did I find a newer/cleaner facility (Guardian Storage in Louisville), but I even rented a LARGER unit (10 x 10) for $86 per month. I would not recommend renting here.

My experience with the CubeSmart in Broomfield was absolutely amazing! I moved my stuff at the Broomfield location about 2 years ago and never once did I worry about anything happening. Dave the manager is amazing he really works with you. He is very professional!

Dave was super nice and very helpful, especially considering one night when after hours I couldn't get my unit open and he had to come open it for me. Great experience with CubeSmart.

Dave was incredibly polite and helpful! He made the whole process of getting a new storage unit so fast and easy!! He showed us the unit before we made a decision and he was really knowledgeable about the climate conditions of the unit so we knew exactly how our items in there would fair! Couldn't be more pleased with our experience!

I have a college student who was needing to store their vehicle over the summer break. I spent some time looking into different areas between Boulder and the airport and CubeSmart had fairly decent rates - but their selling point was their general manager, Dave. Dave was extremely personable and so incredibly helpful in selecting the appropriate unit, clarifying documents he needed from me, and setting up payment - especially across the miles while we live in Virginia. I will 100% be using CubeSmart in the future for any additional storage needs!
