This must be the worst dispatch place ever in the FedEx company. Someone Seriously needs to look into these people that work here and to figure out what’s going on there. Every single package that I ever see that is shipped through FedEx and you live in the area of this place forget about ur package even existing being shipped through FedEx. I have gotten miss placed packages, the drivers leaving packages that require a signature and they themselves sign it not me. Packages not being delivered on time. The tracking all messed up. Just everything. Someone should at least do an audit or see how they function because it’s honestly a joke.

They failed to deliver on time. They lied about making an attempted delivery. The proof of attempt picture is just a blue-green screen. Customer service promises were not honored. No compensation or even a special delivery. Lost time and money. Can't call the local office. FedEx doesn't even reply to all these complaints. Pony Express was more efficient.

Terrible customer service. Drivers do no show up on delivery date and lie that nobody was home. I have cameras to prove it. If they come to the door they are supposed to leave a message that they attempted a delivery. Their service is terrible and the customer service worthless. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this service and location. There is nothing you can do if the drivers decide not to deliver and lye about the customer not being home!!!!!!!!!! I would give them a cero if l could. TERRIBLE SERVICE!

Absolutely idiot drivers. Can’t figure out where our door is. Pulled up to our house opened the door saw our dog barking, which happens to be a behind a 5 foot fence. The driver had to pass the gate to my front door and the dog is nowhere near the door; not even close. I could see them on my security camera. Never backed up to look for an alternate door and also had to pass our office. Never even looked. Shut the door and drove off before I could even run outside. This was medical Equipment for my totally disabled husband. Do better FedEx your service is horrible.

Drivers won’t even attempt to deliver your package.
If you just want to drive, try Uber. Gregory, Luis, and Katelin all failed deliveries three times in a row and couldn’t even send a picture of the correct building or door.
I guess I’ll arrange to pick it up myself from the warehouse.

I wish there was a way to know which company was going to deliver before ordering something. Its always such a let down when it says FedEx. Literally every package I get via FedEx has issues. Lost, damaged, late, undeliverable. I don't get it. The most recent one couldn't be delivered, so I had to drive down from the mountains to the city to go pick it up. It defeats the purpose of waiting for a delivery. You guys have one job. I'm going to start cancelling orders when they are scheduled with FedEx, I'm just over it.
The people at the facility when I picked up were cool and helpful, which is why it's 2 stars instead of 0.

Ladie at the front don't care about her job at all. U think she is gonna reach out to dispatch and get a package update to the driver naaaaaaa where have morals gone. Everyone and thinking they should be rich and famous and people now days think they are better than the next... so why are working at fedex when u should be famous? Jeez ladie at the front is a joke I've been to several fedex locations and packages need to be updated and the people in louisville would call out right away and make sure the driver knew now because your not famous or throwing money at the person they don't even care to help out. My review would be negative stars if I could.

Got told my addressed is red flagged and had to droce nearly 2 hours one way to pick up a pair of packages they refused to deliver. Both afound 90lbs, ot was me a 100% dosabled veteran and my mother who recently had a double hernoe surgery, and the dricer seems to take joy in toryuering us like thos. I can't believe I pay tp get treated like this. When I called to address the issie my calls are ignored. Fedex apparently hates disabled veterans and likes to make them suffer.
Sorry for the typos, my phones screen is broken and I don't have the money for a new phone.

FedEx has gone WAY downhill. Drivers do not follow instructions, even after I spoke directly with him twice. They have dumped horribly damaged packages behind my house repeatedly. WE are at our wits end and can't get anyone on the phone to discuss it. FedEx sucks.

@FedExHelp I had it with the way FedEx delivery drivers deliver packages. Throwing them in a corner, never calls my apartment to come down to get packages. They dump deliveries outside an unlocked ? door/stolen where people steal. I put a complaint in he did it AGAIN..The phone to call residents is in same room,outside of locked door. #Divers very lazy & don't care.

I paid $11 to get my package delivered at a later date and they never delivered it. Called 3 different people and each one said it would be delivered without a signature needed. Was never delivered and I had to drive 40 minutes to pick up my package. There were even stickers all over my package with clear instructions. I paid extra to drive to get it myself??? Absolutely ridiculous and I want a refund.

Absolute garbage company. Never have had a good experience with FedEx and colorado is the worst I've ever seen. Every package is a hunt to try to figure out where its left because they never leave it at the actual address. And the latest package, that requires a signature, says they tried to deliver it on two different days, which is a complete lie. I have video proof that they have never even pulled up in front of my place at all.
