UPDATE 2/1/2024-I still don't have all the answers for my missing shipment, but at least the shipment is being traced. AVOID FEDEX GROUND WITH ANYTHING! Here's what happened yesterday:I spoke with an agent, Aisha, who said my package was showing "100% for certain" still at the FedEx Broomfield center and was definitely not lost.I went to the FedEx Broomfield Ctr and requested my package back. 20 minutes later, a young lady called the security shack to let them know that my pckg was not at Broomfield and they couldn't help me. They claim it left on Jan 19th.I then met an AMAZING guy and mid-level agent, Mike, who mentioned that my shipment definitely looked stalled at Broomfield and he thought it was 100% still there. His customer service and communication were top-notch. He thought it was strange that my situation was very similar to a lady he had just assisted a few hours earlier and he escalated to a senior agent, Lao.Lao is AMAZING. She opened an investigation and found that the sax has bounced around to three different locations. It appears that several Ground warehouse employees at several different locations have been skimming packages, scanning them out of the main center so it looks like they're flowing normally, but then internally routing them to a friend at a different hub where they can more easily disappear.I'm waiting for an update. That's where things are today.ORIGINAL POST 5 YEARS AGO- I signed up for package alert updates. We had three packages loaded on the delivery truck at 5 am scheduled for Wednesday delivery. Then, at 10 a.m. the morning of delivery we received a package update that the package had been taken off of the delivery truck. We then had to drive all the way up to the Broomfield location and wait nearly an hour for them to find our package in the warehouse. This is absolutely the worst customer service that anyone could ever experience.

50/50 chance that delivery will happen on the scheduled delivery date. 30% chance that delivery will be dumped (sometimes in snow) at the end of the driveway instead of at the door. When you call customer service to complain, they say they take feedback seriously and will provide updates on filed complaints, but it has been a week with ZERO followup.Best chance of change is to file a complaint directly with the business from whom you purchased the merchandise to encourage them to change delivery carrier. FedEx HAS ZERO PRIDE IN THEIR SERVICE AND DOES NOT CARE, PERIOD!!

I live in zip code 80403 south of this facility. In the last 4 months I have had 3 deliveries from this facility that were bad to terrible. All Fed Ex Ground. The first problem resulted in a package being delivered to the wrong address and lost. The 2nd one had the delivery instructions ignored and delayed a day before delivery. The 3rd in-process was very late getting from CA to Broomfield, a journey from 1/8 to 1/16, then failed delivery due to delivery instructions being ignored on first attempt, then missed on 2nd day due to weather, then delivered to wrong address on 3rd attempt. I have a case open on this one at present. The drivers from this location do not seem to pay attention to delivery instructions for account holders who have them and post them, when they make a mistake they don't seem interested in trying to resolve it, and follow through when reported is incomplete and lacking. Overall the performance of this facility and its drivers seems to be uncaring and incomplete.

These delivery drivers here are a joke!! Especially this one. Refused to give me his name and flat out said he will not be taking packages up to units because it’s December. Worst place ever!! FedEx, do a better job. He signed up saying he could do this job and heaven forbid HE ACTUALLY DOES HIS JOB!! And when I called FedEx customer service they didn’t care. So many packages have been stolen because he throws them all at the bottom of one building. This is ridiculous. I will tell everyone about this!! FedEx if you ever feel like actually caring about your customers, give me a call. Here’s his truck.

The driver marked my package as delivered with the details stating it was left in a storage locker. The only problem with that is it was to be delivered to my restaurant, which contains no storage lockers. It does, however, have cameras covering every entrance into the restaurant and the only entrance into the parking lot. Even though I have clear video evidence that that FedEx driver never even entered the parking lot to the restaurant, let alone the restaurant itself, FedEx still insisted that the package was properly delivered. They then asked me to look around the restaurant and let them know when I found the package that was never delivered. The entire interaction they kept making statements implying that I had just overlooked this package and was going to find it myself. Their internal investigation results were that it was delivered even though I can prove beyond the shadow of a doubt through high quality camera footage that it was never delivered. The absurdity of the entire ordeal has cemented it firmly in my mind that any other shipping company will be a better choice over FedEx. They will do who knows what with your package while claiming to have delivered it even when you can prove otherwise, and they will try to place the blame for their ineptitude directly on you, the customer, over acknowledging the error and correcting the issue. Ace Ventura would be a better delivery option over FedEx.

Can't be bothered to bring packages to my door, and now I have several packages missing. Too lazy to bring it up the stairs and dumps them on the main level of my apartment building. Flatirons area ground delivery driver should be fired. He is lazy!!!

Same complaint as everyone else. Driver has repeatedly lied about delivery attempts (6 times in the past two weeks). Expect your packages to take 2-3 times as long to deliver in the Broomfield area as the drivers will keep your package until they feel like following through with delivery. What a joke.

Expensive packages left out in the mail room instead of put into parcel locker or packages delivered to random apartments bc the driver ignored the mail room completely. Just got done searching for my package bc it was delivered to a random apartment somewhere in my complex. Y’all suck.

Well... add to the list of dissatisfied customers. I was home, next to the door, waiting for a package needing to be signed for. Driver claimed to have been unable to get signature. Customer service is equally terrible. Done with FedEx from here on out

Facility lied about attempted delivery. Was home all day right next to the door, have a loud dog who barks when anyone steps on the porch, and have a doorbell camera showing no one attempted the delivery.

My package was supposed to be delivered last Thursday & each day since it has said “Out for Delivery” then said it hasn’t even been attempted to be delivered because of an “Operational Delay” for 5 days??? The address on my package is correct etc. Can someone explain to me where my package is and why there is an operational delay.

Everyone stop complaining on Google and start hitting corporate with emails, tweets and phone calls to get everyone in leadership over at this facility FIRED. This whole facility from upper management down to the supervisors need to be fired immediately. They have one singular job. DELIVER A PACKAGE FROM THEIR FACILITY TO THE HOME OF THE PERSON WHO ORDERED. So go onto FedEx social media and start complaining, call corporate and leave a complaint and more importantly don't order anything that comes from this facility, tell the vendor you order from you don't want them to use FedEx and if they do, don't buy it. This facility has lost thousands of dollars worth of packages. It's time to get them all fired.

They sent me to a wrong address because they said they don't accept hazmat packages, at the end after going from one place to another and wasting gas and time, I had to call FedEx to schedule a pickup which is what I had done the beginning. FedEx is the worst of all shipping companies, I really hope I don't have to use their services in my lifetime. The employees are all rude and really incompetent.

Over three years and countless packages, this location has never once managed to deliver anything on time. Every package is disingenuously marked as "delivery attempted" at least once if not many times. Yesterday I watched the driver blaze past our house well over the speed limit, pull over down the road to mark the delivery attempted, and speed off. When they do deliver, packages are thrown haphazardly in our driveway, the sidewalk, the mud, the roadway, or virtually anywhere within a 500 radius of our house. Avoid at all costs.
