Worst customer service I have had, EVER! During my purchase the credit card machine shut off and I was told that it did not run my card and that this happens sometimes . Well, I checked my bank app and it showed I had in fact been charged. When I showed them the person helping named Lola said she would call her customer service line. Went in the back room and was gone for a while. When she came back she said they had canceled the transaction and would issue me a refund. I should see a credit pending on my bank account 45 minutes to an hour tops. If it did not show the credit I should call her back at the store and she would issue me a cash refund. When I called back two hours after the incident she told me I would have to speak with her manager. Her manager Brennan got on the phone and was very rude condescending and disrespectful. He basically told me there was nothing I could do other than to call customer service. He interrupted me repeatedly only to tell me the same thing call customer service. I asked him that if I showed him proof that my transaction had cleared and the money was taken from my account could I get the shoes. He told me no to call customer service because he had no proof that there was a transaction on his own. I explain to him what Lola had told me to do and he said that was not true I was never told that. Even though he was not there when it happened. So now I am $120 short in my account no shoes to show for it and all I can do is call the customer service line and hope for the best. I would not recommend buying anything from this store! They are a terrible business who hires incompetent and unprofessional employees. They clear do not care for the customer.

A shoe store that doesn't let you try on both shoes at the same time. Apparently it's because they assume everyone that comes in the store is a potential thief instead of a paying customer. Even if you stand at the register. We won't be going back there ever.

The manager was extremley rude when trying to return a pair of UNWORN shoes due to receival of deffected item. Such a terrible experience there. So much discrimination from every staff member.

Rude employees. Cheap quality shoes. Tried to return a pair because I received them creased and they wouldn’t even think twice about refunding the defected item. Terrible experience. Don’t recommend !!!

Great experience today at the grand opening of the newly renovated JD Sports. They switched from Finishline to JD sports which is MUCH NICER! Employees were very helpful and nice! Cannot wait to come back!

We went to get My son some new shoes today. Employees where not helping him. Then when one finally did come to help him. Was very Rude. This is second time we tried here with same luck. If your Employees don't like working with the public. Maybe this isn't the right job for them. We did go else where to get My son his Jordan's.

Definitely one of the better finish line stores I’ve been to and a lot of that is in thanks to one their sales associates. Chris was so helpful and knowledgeable. Never showed any annoyance with how many times I changed my mind. That makes for an excellent shopping experience!
