DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. They crashed my car, yes literally. And now they wont give me the information regarding the insurance claim. It has been more than 2 weeks and i am still being blue balled by this place. Actually ridiculous. These people do not care about you and especially the area manager. I have been relentlessly contacting them about this with no reply

I had my car towed here because it was the only place open on a Sunday. The front desk lady was so rude to me I had my car towed to another garage. I don’t know how she has a job.

Honestly comical how bad this firestone is. I had them put my winter wheels on and swap out my summers. Driving home after my appointment, I heard a rubbing noise coming from the front. Thought it weird, so I took it back to this firestone to have it checked out. They told me nothing was wrong, and that my tires could be over inflated. Found out later during my service appointment at BMW that the left front and rear wheels were swapped, and now I have strut damage. Needless to say, I won't be visiting again or recommending this firestone to anyone.

The staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us. We had a car breakdown while traveling from Chicago with over 1,000 miles still to drive back home. Thanks to their prompt and efficient support, they got our car up and running in no time. Truly exceptional service!

Went in with a check engine light that had shut off on its own. After a full diagnostic tech said it could be as simple as the low grade gas I've been using.
Thanks for not trying to sell me stuff I don't need.

I visited on 1/1/25 to this Firestone and received amazing support from Tony Tamboury. I was incredibly impressed with Tony’s professionalism and quick response.
I was able to get a same-day appointment for engine coolant pressure check and Car inspection. I highly recommend this Firestone location.

Exceeded expectations!!!
I went into the Firestone Flatiron location on Sunday 12/22 mid day, hoping to be able to replace the passenger front head light of my 2011 Subaru Outback. Given the holiday season, I was skeptical anything could be done in a reasonable time. Tony, the store manager, offered me a number of options. In less than an hour, Ethan - the mechanic assigned to repair my car, worked his magic. I really appreciated the care and attention I received, including going to purchase the right auto part as their own supplier did not have it in stock.
Thank you, Ethan and Tony for a wonderful experience.

I had an appointment booked this evening and drove over an hour to get there. I arrive 30 minutes early and they say they don’t have the time. He said he called us to tell us but we had no missed calls from anyone and no voicemails. Very disappointed as it’s my wedding week and already have so much on my plate.
