It's a bummer I've only had bad experiences here because I live right across the street from them but I will not be giving them any business anymore. The first time I came in was for a full synthetic oil change and after I got the car back I found out they decided to change it to a synthetic blend without consulting me. Next visit I was trying to get the heater core in my vehicle replaced but they told me they didn't want to give up one of their bays for 2 days so they declined to service my car. Clearly this location is only looking to make money and not help people with their vehicle. I have no doubt they will be looking to take your money anyway they can.

I had a terrible customer service experience during my recent oil change appointment. First, I was told that my appointment was made for a different day, despite my confirmation email. After some arguing, Paul (the branch manager) said they will try to fit me in, if I drop off the car for the day, so I did. I authorized an oil change, free wheel alignment (included with my tires), and break fluid change if it is needed. 1.5 h later I called to get an item from my car, but was told it was ready for pick up. I paid $72.46, got my courtesy checklist, keys, and left the car in the parking lot until later that evening. 2.5h later, I received a voicemail, stating that I "got invoiced on the wrong invoice" and that I paid on the wrong vehicle asking me to return and pay $365.47. Courtesy checklist has my vin and milage, is signed by technician, and states: nothing is needed besides oil change and battery corrosion guard. Pictures of engine and cabin filters included. When I called to discuss extra charges, this time Paul said they were for an oil cap, which I supposedly authorized to install over a phone call. This is a lie. When I brought up the fact that it is unlikely that 1.5 h was a sufficient amount of time to have my car serviced, oil cap ordered, shipped and installed, to which Paul responded with "your car was not ready in the morning". Then why did he say it was ready when I called? Why was my car parked in the parking lot when I came to retrieve it at 11:15am? Why did the technician falsify the courtesy checklist? Why did Paul take my payment? The only explanation I have for this is discrimination. He thinks that because I am a young looking female, I don't know anything about cars, can't check my own air filter and can not fend for myself. He saw me as an easy target he can use to increase his store's production numbers. Paul was very rude on the phone and accused me of being "that person who just does not want to pay her bill", even though I did pay my bill when I picked up my keys. I drove up to the store at 4:45pm, ready to show the courtesy check list provided to me at my previous appointment, Paul refused to look at my documentation, or to show me itemized bill that caused such a large price increase. He stated that he already sent me to collections, the store is closed and he is going home, and that I should come back during normal business hours (according to official store hours this branch should have been open for additional 15 minutes). I left. Two weeks later, I have finally received the invoice, but this time for $94.18 for engine and cabin filters. According to signed courtesy checklist and my visual inspection (see included photo) , they have not been replaced. Paul's behavior towards me was unacceptable, unprofessional, condescending, and fraudulent. I can not believe this person manages Firestone, what an embarrassment! I can only imagine what kind of other number fudging is going on behind the scenes. I have been a customer of Firestone/Hibdon tires for over 15 years and have never encountered such lack of professionalism and accountability from anyone, especially a manager. I really hope management takes a closer look at Paul and his managing practices. He is representing the Firestone brand. I am going to file a lawsuit against Firestone for consumer fraud, discrimination, defective products ("new" filters are not acceptable). Needless to say, I am no longer interested in keeping my loyalty with Firestone and will be getting my vehicle services elsewhere in the future.

My tire pressure light was on and I knew Firestone did free air fill-ups. Akin, the young man who helped me, was extra considerate. He warned me that one tire was quite a bit lower than the others and suggested getting it checked. He wouldn’t accept a tip and very genuinely just said the customer’s safety was his only concern. I was very impressed with his generous and thoughtful attitude.

Paul and Ed were amazing. I called earlier in the day for an estimate for new brakes and rotors. When I showed up that day they honored their estimate. They were able to provide service without an appointment and were finished before noon. Everyone was kind and professional. Would recommend this place to anyone who needs quality car service.

I love this place! I dropped off my car - having not made an appointment - assuming it would likely take days to get looked at it. However Paul totally surprised me by having it inspected / parts replaced / tires changed and everything in a less than 24 hour turn around. I noticed Paul’s great customer service even watching the interactions he would have with the people in line in front of me. He was a pro at navigating people’s expectations and was always polite. I also would like to give a shout out to Edwin for taking into account my budget and working with me to reach a solution that we could both feel good about. I’ve been here a couple times and I never leave feeling slighted. Thanks again guys!

These people have lost my business. I wouldn’t recommend anyone I care about to attempt to get work done here.Imagine booking a service over the phone days in advance. You show up and they tell you they don’t do that service. Thanks for the waste of time.Now imagine that they can perform that service. Expect to wait in the lobby un-helped for 30 minutes.I think they’re under staffed, and I feel for that issue, but I have been burned too many time to return here. I recommend Brakes Plus near by.

My experience started off a little rocky, but two gentlemen, Paul and Edwin drastically change my mind about Fire Stone I was about to give them a one star review and that was unknown to them. There was some communication issues timing issues, but Paul and Edwin stepped up to the plateand they hit a home one got my car fixed and now they got a five star out of me. Thank you, Paul and Edwin.

We were in Broomfield, from Nebraska, for an event on Saturday, August 26th. When we went to leave the event, our car wouldn't start. We got a hold of roadside assistance, who jumped the car, then we went to Firestone because it was a 6 minute drive from our location. I went in, explained the situation and how we had to get home on Sunday for another event. It was around 3:30 and Firestone closed at 5:00 because it was a Saturday. Without hesitation, they got us in, found the problem and got us back on the road in less than an hour. They were amazing. The staff was very friendly, understanding and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this establishment. Thank you!

I’ve never received the level of service that was provided to me by Firestone, the guys there were incredibly hospitable and really helped me get out of a jam. They truly provide a 5 star worthy service. Basically, I was in the middle of an oil change and couldn’t get the oil filter off due to it being extremely tight and the seal having been put on dry by the last place I visited. They were quick to get it sorted and get me on my way and honestly I couldn’t be more grateful. I highly recommend using them!

I planned to leave on a road trip at 6am and came out to a flat tire. I put the spare donut tire on and drove to Firestone. They opened at 7am and got me right in. They said 45 mins to an hour for tire patch service. It took them 35 mins and the price was very good. I was able to hit the road before 8am.Service: Tires

I booked an appointment on-line with them but they said they didn't get so they wouldn't honor it even though I got the email stating that it was made. Their site says they opened at 9:00am, I called from 9:00am -11:15 am hoping to confirm my appointment and they never answered - the phone just rang. I asked if I could make an appointment for the following day at around 4:30pm due to my work schedule - they said they close at 5:00pm and couldn't promise they could get to my car, but their site says they are open until 7:00pm. This is very disconcerting and un-helpful.

I walked in with my Jeep at 7:30 am. I was told, “gimme a couple hours”… At 3 pm I had no call back.. so I call, “Oh he hasn’t gotten to your car yet. We’ll call once he does.” Their online hours say 7 pm, so I walk down around 6:30 to find out they in fact close at 5 and no one bothered to call. The next morning I waited almost an hour after they opened to finally call impatiently and ask what is going on with me car.. “Oh the tech isn’t in but I can see his notes say this and this but we can’t get the part.” Awful customer service, no communication and to top it off, no accountability for poor business ethic. 0/0 recommend.

It was an alright experience overall. The pricing was great, and they got the job done. However, it took them 2 days to patch one tire, which I think is way too long. Also, the man at the desk was not very knowledgeable, I asked about a tractor tire, and he said firestone doesn't make tractor tires, completely overlooking the fact that there is an entire commercial division of the company. They seemed to have done a good enough job for a reasonable price, I will certainly come back if time is not of the essence.
