Honestly a terrible mortgage experience with Ramiro. Save yourself time. He is clearly inexperienced and we have been told many things before finding out what he’s said is actually untrue.

Sadly, doing another review on a location that has gone down hill. Pre covid they had coffee and a courtesy phone. Now you can't even wait for an RTD ride. Figured it would be easier for the Flex Ride to find me at the First Bank. Wife had an account with them, but we closed it cuz of poor customer service at another branch. Pre Covid this was a decent branch. Had to edit it down to one star cuz I told the gal that couldn't let me wait for a buss that I was going to give this business a one star. But gave 2 stars initially cuz pre covid they were a good branch.

Great place to bank! All the staff here is super friendly. I miss the manager Dominick because he was so knowledgeable, outgoing and friendly but it’s still a delight to bank here. I’m always greeted and they always can answer my questions!

Made me wait for the new person to train how to open an unusual account that they said they very rarely do. So the manager should have just done it and saved me time

Every time I've ever had to go into this bank location I've always been greeted with smile's..And I've never waited more than 2-3 minutes..They have a 5 Star rating as far as I'm concerned.

They only had $3,000 available in actual cash for withdrawal, which is too low for a banking branch to have. Otherwise, good customer service.

Was told I have to take off my hat but the gentleman that was inside before I was had a hat on the only difference is I'm a brown man haha I will never be coming back to this first bank again

Tthe branch of bank in Colorado give high best lever of costumer service they are really very friendly and always try to give best service and my experience with them prove that always , I had paper which I should finished out of the bank then bring to the bank to notary it ,and I have hard time to find someone help me for few days even that was not their job on the bank to help me to fill those information , bit one guy name Collin Dyk and other lady I just forgot her name and I'm sorry did not mention her name she with Collin did their best to help me ,Collin good personality person smile and most you thin he tried to help costumer other employees too plus their manager she is nice lady and Collin did call inorder he be able finished my paper and it took him almost 1 houre to finished his call inorder finished my paperwork completely .
I'm appreciated ? really your help .and other guy as well I recommended any person have bank issue headed to there it's my favourite bank in all Colorado .thank you so much guys make my paper done .
