Teens are always on their phones, I understand I worked retail too. But what’s up with the rude service? Only 1 associate was able to go above and beyond to genuinely help me and he’s the reason I can’t leave a 1-star but a 2.

A couple of hours ago I went to the store, I had to return some shirts, they only offered me $30 for two shirts because I didn't have a receipt but I paid $65 for both. The manager said her name was Marisol, I asked her her name, she gave it to me, she was wearing glasses.! I thought she was very angry.!! I was only collecting my money, not hers. If she wants to take care of the company's money, she has every right, but I think she shouldn't mess with the customers.! She should think about not having so many workers to be able to take care of the company's money.!!! But in her case it is better for her to have more workers because the workers do their job, like in Maira's case! She had to deal with my case while the manager was heard in the back making fun of other workers.!! She should change managers, I don't plan on going back to that store to see her bad face.!

Had shoes I needed to return. They were worn only TWICE. However, because they were worn and creased, they couldn't give me a return. Okay. I get it. They told me I could only get instore credit. Since they were worn, they couldn't give me my money back or an instore credit. So I'm now forced to purchase something in that store since my shoes were womens .
Went to Champs and the girl who was speaking to the manager said they could give me a gift card.
The fact that they can't give me my money back or an in store credit is insane. The least they can do for customers is in store credit for the same amount .
The customer service is TERRIBLE in this store. The gentleman told me if I can't get it resolved he would fix it. Yet when I went back to him he couldn't do anything different than before.
They weren't even creased that much go be marked as "damage "
So ridiculous. Now I'm stuck with these shoes I don't want .
This store needs to up their customer service . The two women in there were not pleasant at all. Sat against the wall, not really helping customers. When customers asked for help they had attitude.
If you don't want to work in retail, get the hell out.
It's unfortunate they couldn't help me in any way besides being forced to buy something in their store. I go there often and it never changes. Customer service, customer service, customer service!!!!!!!!
It goes a long way.

I returned shoes and never got credited. Footlocker stole from me what a joke of a place because even after I filed a claim it was denied. Footlocker, if I can give you 0 stars I would. Customer service ??

So sorry I interrupted the tall skinny employee working on 1/16 to ask where the nike sandals were.Didn't mean to inconvenience you, shoulda just looked for an employee not on their phone because he sure wasn't happy to have to look up and say words.Work ethic these days amirite? ??♂️

Worse customer service from Manager. Took in a Nike zoom shoe that we didn't own for longer than 3 weeks to return due to the shoe popping. The Manger said although it was purchased from Footlocker, 3 weeks ago, I have to go through Nike. Called another Footlocker and spoke with the manager and he happily helped me with the exchange. Nothing but a bunch of lazy people working there!
