  I went to get my 2017 Chevy Colorado AC re-charged, and I could not be more happier with the rate that they provided to me. In addition to the great rate, they had a coupon online for all new customers, so they were able to honor that as well. I called multiple locations to get quotes for recharging my AC system, and they by far were the best deal that I could find around the Denver, CO area. I highly recommend them if you are needing to get anything specalized such as recharging an AC unit, they were great and fast, they had me in and out of the door in just under 1 hour, very impressive and FAST! I highly recommend them, their rates are fantastic and will be hard to beat!

  Dude was dealing with a lot of things. Clearly overwhelmed and having some crazy customer interactions. I was an hour late to my appointment due to a doctors appointment running long and being forced to take a detour due to not knowing about some construction. Total lack of planning on my part and they still accommodated me. Thank you so much. 💙

  These guys are the BEST! The absolute best. A special shout out to Aaron and Cameron for taking care of me over the years. Whether it’s a quick oil change or something more involved, the folks over at Foreign Automotive will get you set! If you’re looking for a more “maw and paw” shop (who isn’t) with knowledgeable, friendly locals, you really don’t need to look any further. 10/10 for all their automotive services, and 11/10 for the folks who work there!

  Had this place service my smart start interlock device. The older gent at the counter is typically informative and helpful, the younger guy is pretty rude. I went in for a download and was eligible to get it removed, with no notice they were almost insistent I get it done right there, unfortunately I had to get to work. A couple of weeks later I went in with no appointment to get it removed, something the older guy had said I could do as soon as I got my license back. When I arrived, the younger guy without greeting or pretense merely said “we do that by appointment only”. I told him what I just wrote above, the older dude sat there and did not get involved. After stating my case logically they indeed were able to get me sorted out. All of this is not why I leave a 1 star, in fact although the customer service was not good, I probably wouldn’t leave a review over something like that, auto mechanics are unfortunately notorious for saying one thing then doing another. They deserve 1 star because they left my car a disaster when they removed the device. They didn’t bother to put the housing back on correctly, it’s just flapping around. I understand that because of my mistake (DUI) people might condescend or look down on my situation, it is what it is, however I like to think you can judge someone based on the way they treat those they don’t have much to gain from. If I had a repair to do I would not go there based on my treatment and the the sloppy execution of a super simple procedure. That young dude should learn some customer service, and honestly people are fired for less than whatever hack job the technician that removed my device did. This was the easy task or removing two cables, what are they doing when they run up against more complicated situations?

  The mechanic I talked to on the phone was rude and very unprofessional. He had an attitude through the whole call and was very obviously trying to sell me parts and services I don’t need. I asked to make an appoint for a quote at 3pm, he then asked if I wanted it diagnosed that day. I told him yes if it was possible, his response was “I probably could but I’m not gonna be very happy about it.” Who says that to a potential customer?? After dealing with this man’s attitude I have no intention of ever bringing my car to this shop. Be cautious when dealing with this shop, they seem very sketchy.
  
  UPDATE: Steve, the owner, contacted me after leaving my first review and went out of his way to make things right. I appreciate his help and feel much better about this place after our interaction.

  Excellent experience working with the very talented team at Foreign Automotive. I took my BMW M2 Competition there for specialty camber plates, replacement front end control arms, a specific alignment, oil and brake fluid change. They did a fabulous job ! The car drives so much better now. Rob, was excellent to work with, stuck to the quoted value of the work to the penny (it took longer than the quote to do), and took the time to explain the work, show me the impressive shop and introduce me to the tech who did the work. The tech was an ex-BMW tech. I couldn't be happier with my experience and I am recommending the shop to everyone ! Thanks Rob and team for putting the trust back into auto repairs !

  i owe mostly reliable Isuzu Trooper 1998, and recently it started spitting oil on the driveway, the guys found the cause and eventually affordably fixed it, it took though three visits 1.5 hour long for each. I took one star off from the evaluation because they did not offer me an option to replace a leaking tranny pan for one hundred more saving my valuable time . Also, they almost dislocated their shoulders trying doing alignment with old rusty levers for the price 10 (!) lower other shops were asking. GOOD JOB, FAIR PRICE! See you next time!
