Just walked in the store with my kids . Store employees didn't say a word to me the entire time I was in the store looking around . They just continued talking with their friends about which accounts they are following on reddit . Excellent customer service .

Been coming for years never had a problem until recently, a really tall guy (i didn’t get his name) decided to be particularly rude and dismissive we had to come back twice for answers on a console they sold us broken and still left with no help. Went to another GameStop and we were in and out in 15 minutes :) will never be coming to this particular GameStop again , which is a shame it’s in a good spot and the other staff is so nice but the actions of this one man one day ruined it for our whole family

The opener, Kallum, was absolutely amazing today for the Blooming Waters launch. Handled scalpers that were putting up a fuss and holding up the line very well and politely. Would highly recommend this location for Pokemon releases!!!

Awesome experience. This review is in regard to the Blooming Waters release today, 2/7. The opening employee was incredible. He mentioned how there were issues with scalpers and changed the limit of 2 boxes/person to 1/person in regards to the length line. There were some people complaining about this change in the front of line, quite literally whining about it. The employee made sure as many people in line were able to get something out of the wait. IN ADDITION, the employee also compensated the some of the rude people at the front of the line with a discount in respect to their dedication. Thank you to the employee, you made so many people happy today.

Thank you GameStop for accommodating for everyone. I’m just getting into pokemon and having a lot of fun. My only complaint is the man who was at the front of the line. He held up everyone once we were finally inside of the store just trying to check out. Thank you to the staff for staying strong and helping everyone out. Thank you

Normally, I go to other GameStops further north but I went to this one since it was close by. The odor and smell in this GameStop was atrocious. I was gagging in the parking lot from the smell. Absolutely disgusting.

They were so rude and unwilling to help with a really basic need. We were sold a system with no power cord. They didn't want to give us one but we're happy to sell us one.
DON'T SHOP GAMESTOP. THREE STORES AND NOT ONE WAS GOOD.

The new return policy is absolutely garbage. Opened items are not eligible for returns or exchanges with zero exceptions. This is not how you keep business.

Tiny stores should not have people with big attitudes. I should know, being a tiny Goblin myself, that attitude was not fitting inside that store.
The moment we came in, the dude there seemed disinterested in us til we came across the desk heading to the Nintendo Switch deals. After the first offer to help, he busied with boxes and then on his phone.
When we had a small question about inventory, he had a small snort as if we were bothering him. From there we decided to head to a different store all together.
