They did a bit better than the other two stores, but they sold us a refurbished system that had the hard drive fail in less than 3 months. My son saved up his bday(10) money to get this only to have it die. It's outside 39 days so they will do nothing.
3 stores and none of them have been good experiences...

Shady Customer Service!!!
Bought a game this morning around 11am.
I watched the receipt print out and the guy snatches the PRINTED receipt , crumples it up and says “ Oh that was blank.” When I asked for reprinted receipt, he said he could do it but it is a long process & to just go online. Went to GameStop online & there is no record of the purchase.

Went in today to purchase a Nintendo switch game, the guy who helped us at the counter was super friendly and helpful.

Had a trade in and made a purchase. Two employees working when I waked in, employee just gave me a look before barely acknowledging my presence. 3rd employee arrived for her shift as I this guy was finishing my transaction. Decided to start chatting her instead of finishing my transaction leaving my receipt and item just sitting on the counter which the other employee who’s slow as a bucket of rocks had to give my me stuff after staring at it for 3 minutes.
Very unprofessional and bad customer service.
