Multiple times I’ve come during open business hours and the doors are locked or there’s a note that they’ll be back. This place and the workers are unreliable don’t waste your time coming here because you don’t know when it will actually be open

If i could leave this a 0 star i would, I was incredibly frustrated to face such poor customer service. Being yelled at by an employee is completely unacceptable, and the fact that they were out of toilet paper, leaving me stranded in the bathroom, is utterly appalling. It's disappointing that a store like GNC, which should prioritize customer satisfaction, failed so miserably in providing basic facilities and respectful treatment to their patrons. This experience is truly unacceptable and reflects terribly on the company's standards of service. The worker was on the phone and ignoring costumers

Asked a simple question and employees acted like I was interrupting them and a bother. Then gave me attitude when I checked out. I was polite with them, so I don't understand. I'd take your business elsewhere.
