I had been coming to this location for about 2 years and always had great friendly service, but this new crew of guys that are working are rude and speak to customers as if they are being inconvenienced. Very disappointed in my last visit and definitely won’t be returning after the experience I had.

Quick oil change service and I got a couple good coupons/deals so the price was as good as it can be for this inflationary period.
Service techs were kind and efficient. I’d definitely go back!

NEVER AGAIN! I have been going to Grease Monkey on Colorado Blvd with other vehicles for years and never had any issues. I went here twice. Both times were very transactional. This time I took in my new vehicle for its first oil change. I got their house synthetic and then 2 days later my truck is blowing thick SMOKE from the tailpipe AND engine lights came on. ? Took the truck to my shop only to find out that the oil had been OVERFILLED and was in everything. I spoke with their manager David who also spoke with Chevy and told them to go ahead with repairs. He never contacted them OR me to setup payment for this mistake. I have tried and tried to call David again and no one answers. He obviously has my contact info and it’s been over a week. The ONE JOB they had, they messed up and cost me an additional $500 to cleanup their mess from a simple oil change and I didn’t have a vehicle for over a week. If you care about your vehicle and your bank account, take your vehicle elsewhere!!
⭐️ EDIT: Today is August 15th, 2 weeks since the owner’s response ?? asking that i complete another review and no one has contacted me to resolve this issue. I am deeply disappointed in the lack of customer care from Grease Monkey!
