Bought a washer here instead of Mountain High Appliance to save money on delivery, but delivery was delayed 2 weeks (no washing clothes!) because they didn’t have many delivery dates and their delivery windows were 12 hours on work days.When delivery guys came this morning, they didn’t have booties and tracked muddy snow all over my house and carpet.During delivery I noticed that the washer is scratched. The hose they brought is too short for the space. The delivery guy said too bad, call Home Depot. He said it’s not his problem as the delivery company (even though it’s their job to bring the right size hose and not scratch the appliance). He wouldn’t let me take a pic of the invoice nor would he give me any info on the delivery company he’s with.I would have the paid extra to get my washer sooner without damaging my carpet. If I can return it, we’ll rebuy somewhere with better a delivery experience.Added a star because associates and manager at the store were amazing. Going to get this sorted on Monday but might return washer anyway.

f you just had the thought "It's only one small room that needs carpeting, Home Depot is the easiest, cheapest way to go", tell that voice in your head that it's colossally overestimating the basic competence of the Home Depot flooring department.After 3 in-store visits, one in-home measurement appointment by an "expert", 2 incorrectly-mandated asbestos tests totaling $600 (for which no acknowledgment of error, no attempt at rectifying, no discount or credit was offered) and one last ditch attempt to save the whole thing which resulted in not even a half-hearted "I'm sorry" for the wasted months and hours, I was at least able to get most of a refund.I still hope to eventually walk downstairs into 144 sq. ft of carpeted basement, but it will be through some dedicated flooring company. The bar is pretty low at this point and I expect nearly anyone other than Home Depot could clear it.

I have been to many different Home Depot’s all around Colorado, but the Broomfield location is by far the most helpful, respectful, and friendly warehouse I have been to. Not only do the people actually greet you when you walk in and are respectful but it stays consistent! I am at this location at least one a week, we are local, and we own a small business that is supported by the pro staff here at Home Depot and it’s great! (Roberta) is an amazing help with any account set up needs and always greets with a smile! I also want to mention (Nate) who has become my new friend as well due to his awesome personality and his kind heart! He pretty much does any and everything needed to keep the place up and running! He is an amazing help with loading the materials when needed and the outside of the building is always kept up with. So I completely recommend coming to the Broomfield Home Depot and seeing for yourselves how great the staff is there!

I always look forward to going to Home Depot in Broomfield, it is one of the cleanest friendliest well organized Home Depot I’ve ever been. A special thanks goes out to Nathan, he is a pro loader, he always make sure to go out of his way to make sure anyone he runs into is greeted and helped to his full potential. He is one of the most positive, uplifting people I’ve ever met. as a business owner, I wish I could hire him and take him but Unfortunately, his loyalty stands with Home Depot for the last 10 years. He keeps the work place very safe and clean, just take a look outside it speaks for itself. The outside of Home Depot looks immaculate, carts are in order no trash in the parking lot. Next time you’re at Home Depot and you see a young man outside of Home Depot with his vest on say hello and you’ll see what I’m talking about. His name is Nathan.I hope this comment reaches him. Keep up the good work Nathan appreciate everything you do brother

Just overall terrible. First everything in the store is locked up. I get it the world has become terrible. If you need something unlocked good luck. No one had keys. There were literally 10 off is waiting for 1 man with keys. When we asked other employees they were rude and told us all we had to wait. To be honest Amazon would have had it delivered in the same about of time it took. Never again. Needed one item and I was in the store for 2 hours.

advice and deals on my refinishing projects! Thanks to the Home Depot I was able to refinish this sewing machine cabinet I found on the side of the road by sanding the top, staining it, and then painting the bottom black. Then I was able to sell it for fifty dollars! This is definitely my number one stop for all my furniture refinishing needs!

Paint department was terrible this morning AND this evening. Employees were grumpy and unhelpful. The paint employee in the morning basically scolded me because he thought my paint chip for matching was too small and then again for standing too close to the counter. McKayla wasn’t even near the paint section tonight, and we had to ask around to find if someone was working there. When she did finally come over, she was also unfriendly and informed us that the aisle was busy for 15 minutes to an hour so we couldn’t get paint. Needless to say we walked out without the paint we had selected. We will be going to the paint department in the Louisville location, the people there are friendly and efficient.We give 5 stars for employees in all non-paint locations throughout the store and check out. They are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, but for paint go elsewhere.

Very busy store.Renting tools, trucks could be hit and miss even with reservation. Call and not online reservation as they don't check online reservation often so call gets first.Staffs generally good. But it's busy store so could take time around.

First of all, the store has billions of dollars in goods that you would think they wanted to sell. I went into the garden department and asked for a product, and one woman was so damn lazy that she just told me it wasn't on the outside, but may be inside. Then a younger woman, who is better looking than the first if that will help the manager spot them told me exactly where to go and I found the product. I was about ready just to walk out and go to Lowe's because they help me. The lazy workers at Home Depot ruined the reputation. The helpful workers Actually help them to sell more and enhance their reputation. I have to tell you that the new leader ship at Home Depot need serious help. Every worker there should make the customer first and not himself.

Most of the time this store is great. …But not yesterday.I ordered pedal stools online for my washer and dryer. I paid for shipping and installation. Nowhere did it say that you had to buy a washer and dryer to have the installation done. The delivery people would not install it because I had an older washer and dryer one year old. Went to the store. The lady said that there is a 502 page policy, but could not show me where it said that. Then copped attitude with me when I said it should be posted before you purchase the installation. Like it does making sure that your area is clean and easy to get to.
