Went to this location for the first time in a while, about half an hour before closing. Employee's were not friendly, female employee looked pissed off when she saw us as we walked in, did not greet us or say a word to us the entire time we were there, until I asked if they had what I was looking for, and she rolled her eyes, and acted like I was an inconvenience for asking. One was on his phone the whole time we were in the store. Neither of the employee's apparently were physically able to smile. I've worked for Hot Topic at a different location, and me nor any of my coworkers acted like that, or treated customers like they did. I would not and will not return to this location. Would much rather go to a different location, or just order online.

Came in to shop with my daughter and all the associates were sitting on the floor behind the counter. Couldn’t find anyone to come and help me get a sweater down for my daughter to try on. When I walked up to the counter, an associate who I believe was named James based on my receipt, was very bothered that I needed help. Will not be shopping at this location anymore.

I came here on a Sunday to finish up school shopping for my kids before school starts on Tuesday. I had just spent over $1000 at Marshalls about $160 at Target and then we wanted to finish up at HotTopic. I had a pile of clothes on my arm to buy for my kids. My 16 year old asked if they could help him find something from the back and the employee said no because they wanted to close. As we were buying graphic tees the male employee said we had to leave because they were closed. It was 2 minutes before 6pm. I asked if I could have 5 more minutes to finish up and he said no and that he had to check me out.
How the heck is a 15 year old going to force me to check out when I was planning to spend another grand at that store. This Hot Topic is awful.

They don't have wifi. They should offer wifi. I was pleasantly surprised by this store and how much I liked what they sell. My kids enjoyed this store and I also liked some things they sold. We will return.

The hot topic at the Orchard is the best hands down. The employees there are so patient, understanding and willing to help.

Closed or out of business. The store no longer has it’s hours posted on the door and they always have a sign up saying “30 min out for lunch”. Waited around over 30 minutes to simply return something I purchased online and nobody is in the store. This has happened multiple times not the first time. They need to correct their hours to out of business. Don’t waste your time.

Zack was awesome! He went above and beyond for me! I came in 15 til close he didn’t rush me and helped me look through a bunch of shirts and a bunch of stuff on the walls. Customer service was excellent and I know especially after a long shift the last thing u want to do is do all that stuff but he did it with such grace and was very informative! Give that man a promotion! It’s hard to find good customer service anymore so when u have it keep it!
