Really terrible experience here. They quoted me $99 for filing and upon completion of my taxes, tried to charge me >$400. The tax advisor I worked with was incredibly rude and never once discussed that these would be the charges until it was too late.

Not recommending this office. My agent did not show up, nobody called me, so I went to a new person there in the office and the result was a disaster. I'm so upset.
