I have noticed a tremendous improvement in my game since working out at Ironworks. Working with my trainer Gianna has not only helped me gain strength, but confidence as well. Ironworks is the best gym I’ve been apart of hands down. The atmosphere is great and everyone is friendly and knows that they’re doing especially Yared. Yared has been my trainer for the past few months and trained me to gain 20+ lbs of muscle in that short period. Yared knows exactly what he is talking about and is a super friendly guy in and out of the gym. Can’t wait to finish out the rest of this school year before college with this unit.

Awesome environment and even better people! Started working out with Christian Backes about 6 years ago and he’s made me bigger, stronger, and a much better athlete than I could have become anywhere else. He started Ironworks Performance about 4 years ago and I’m so glad I’ve been able to be a part of the journey! They have all the equipment you’ll ever need and enough space to do just about anything. If you’re looking to get bigger, stronger, faster, or you just wanna be a better athlete this is definitely the place to accomplish that.

Ironworks is such a great environment that I totally recommend. The coaches & other athletes have so much drive & passion. It is THE place to be if you aspire to become the best. My coach, Gianna shows up day in & day out to provide me with the best experience & has helped me grow so much as an athlete over the past 5 months. What started out as me sending players to Ironworks to train, turned into me joining the gym to support my own health and well-being. It has been really helpful working with Gianna to get back into a workout routine!Gianna really does a great job of putting together a comprehensive program tailored to each individual and ensures that her athletes are challenging themselves during every session. EXTREMELY satisfied with service at Ironworks Performance...Gianna has been AMAZING. Gianna's workouts for our daughter were fantastic and she took the time to understand our daughter's unique situation with her hip surgeries and her most recent knee injury. Gianna has prepared our daughter for her step up to the college level. HIGHLY RECOMMEND GIANNA and Ironworks!

I trained in my home gym for several years before joining Ironworks in January 2022 as an open gym member. If you're looking for a gym with row after row of treadmills, every inch of wall covered in TV's and mirrors, and a dozen different bicep curl machines... then look elsewhere. What you'll find here are barbells and power racks, belt squat, a few key key pieces of resistance training equipment, turf and sleds, GHR, and other gymgoers who come to put in work instead of chat about and stare at their phones. Oh yeah, and a staff who are experienced, friendly, helpful, and care deeply about the people who walk in the door. If that's your jam, then this is the place.

The trainers at Ironworks are some of the most knowledgeable in town. I’ve been working with Josh for years and he’s constantly working hard to make me a better, stronger, faster athlete while motivating me exactly how I need. Highly recommend!

I wanted to change up my fitness routine and meet some goals I didn’t feel I could meet on my own. I went to iron works for an evaluation and met with Josh Collins. After the first workout I signed on with Josh, set some goals, and started to put in work. The results were more than I expected. I learned a lot and crushed my goals. His programming helped me accomplish some things I didn’t think I could. Highly recommend this gym for personalized fitness programming.

Great gym with very knowledgeable coaches who get to know you on a personal level. The equipment there is top tier. I’ve been going there for years and they have developed me as an athlete in so many ways.
