This store was definitely so helpful in finding a nice pair of shoes. I went in not knowing if I even wanted any, but the worker suggested I try some on, so I did, and loved them!š Thank you mizael for amazing service š!

If I could give this store 0 starts I would. Employs are SO RUDEā¼ļø Asked for help finding shoes for grad weekend, employ was urging me to leave the store, and go to an entirely different mall. If youāre insecure about your stores limited, out of style options just say that. I asked this employee for help to find cute Adidas and she was dismissive and completely unhelpful. Later asked if they had Adidas Sambas in red. Employee snapped at me in a rude tone telling me what they had on display is all they had, this is fine, but her tone was SO RUDE!!! Wrapping it up, employs are so rude, lazy, and unhelpful. On top of that, options are so limited and all the shoes they offer are out of style. I urge you to go to a different shoe store with nice employees and diverse options :)

Great selection of shoes with a sales team that is super friendly and helpful. Kudos to Crimson who was very kind and empathetic in resolving a minor mistake after the fact.

I love shopping here, absolutely my favorite place to get my docs and just window shop. Crimson is always working when I go in and sheās fantastic, always friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable of all the shoes in stock both in store and online. I also appreciate that she gets to know regular customers and her sense of style is fantastic.

Worst customer service, for return or exchanges. 18yr girl calling herself a manager with snotty attitude, smirking to take it up with customer service. Place is run by nothing but teenage girls in the store checking theyre phones every minute. What a joke.

Excellent customer service! I love seeing young people learning to socialize and interact with strangers. They are going to win in the future economy. Shout out to the young guy who greeted me when I came in, asked me what I was looking for, immediately approached me to help when I returned, cross sold me another pair of kicks, then ordered them for me on-line when my size wasn't available in-store. He even tried to close me with sneaker cleaner! š
He was clearly trained well but more important he listened to the training and got the results. He should go train the nasty 'ladies' in WHBM, they can use some customer service tips. Well done!

iām very disappointed with this place. the website alone is a scam, was charged three times and nothing went through. so i went to the store to buy the gift and got a gift receipt. when the person i bought a gift for went to exchange for another size, they were told that they had to pay. i used a $10 coupon that was given to me for joining their rewards program but the $10 coupon doesnāt transfer through?? nor do i get the coupon back what type of scam please. not only that, my sister was told she was rude and that she doesnāt have to shop here by Crimson. and when i called later that night after hearing about the situation the manager, November didnāt care to hear me out, he just said have a goodnight and hung up. i will be returning the shoes and WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. this whole company is a scam and very disappointed.

Went to exchange a gift I received and had to pay out of pocket for an even exchange. Was called rude and disrespected multiple times. I was told to leave the store and go shop somewhere else and I didnāt need to get it from them. Very rude and highly donāt recommend going.

Crimson was absolutely the most above and beyond manager and retail employee during my short visit to Denver. After a bad experience at another outlet, Crimson stepped up and not only helped me find the perfect shoe, but also gave me other options to consider that absolutely rocked with my aesthetic and goals. She is so on top of the shoe game it doesnāt make sense sheās working in some mall. We even went over the newest releases for what is available next and I got really excited, her knowledge of the shoe game is bounds above what Iāve come to expect when shopping anywhere outside of major cities and I think your company and would be better served with these skills utilized everywhere you do business, not stuck in this mid tier middle America mall. Outstanding!

Went here today looking for shoes for my mom's halloween costume, unfortunately they didn't have any high heals but the experience was great. Spoke to a nice lady with pink hair that was seriously so helpful. Even though we didn't find my mom's shoes, I did see some really cute doc martens that I might grab for my birthday. I saw the same ones at another store but honestly loved the vibe at this journeys, definitely going back for my birthday shoes! The pink haired lady shared my passion for shoes:)

Drove from fort Collins to pick up an online order, little girl with tons of make up and red hair acted fake nice with me and my children made comments about my toes ,laughed with coworker and acted weird when I accidentally touched her hand when after I still bought shoes from this store , either really racists or insecure girl. Not going back my children shouldn't have to deal with little girls treating anyone like that. I gave her compliments to tone down her weirdness I know you and your co worker will remember me ?

Ellla was absolutely amazing!! She helped my daughter find the converse she really wanted. We went to 3 different stores looking for this specific shoe. My daughter lost her phone and we drove all the way back to the mall to retrace our steps and thankfully Ella seen a phone and put it in the back! She saved me so much time and money. She is just an excellent employee all around!
