Keybank has to be one of the worst banks I have ever had to deal with. I had a car for sale online which I was sent a check through priority mail. I deposited last Sunday through my mobile app because the deal with the buyer was once the check clears I would send the title and he could set up transportation. I woke up Wednesday with a negative $7k balance and when we called the customer help line we were told that we needed to go in a branch to get it fixed. We then went in the branch and were told that the checked had come back and that the bank had accidentally sent it in twice. The check was never cleared once so how did it go in twice when it never went in once? Then we were told oh its now fixed, come Thursday our account was locked, we once again called then once again we are told you have to go in the branch cause your account is under fraud investigation. We got no notice no call about our account being looked at for fraud. 20 minutes later we got a call saying our account is being investigated for fraud, then Linn asked in the rudest manner ever are you in on the fraud?? Excuse me you haven't even asked where we got the check? Why did we deposit it? Nothing but are you involved? She then tells us she's going to send an email that has paperwork we have to fill out and take in to the branch. Never got the email, and I believe it was because Linn told us that they close at 5 and because the holiday we would have to wait till Tuesday. We scheduled an appointment with a branch that was open on Saturday cause that's now what you have to do to get help on the weekend. We then went in filled out all the paperwork, my wife's account was unlocked but mine still was locked. I then once again call the customer service line and I'm told there once again is nothing they could do and I will have wait till Tuesday due to the holiday. I asked well I have auto payments set to come out but because my account is locked am I going to accumulate charges. Her response was yes and there is nothing we can do. Then she asked if there was anything else she could help with? Well your bank hasn't helped in the last 4 days so far so no I guess.. what a joke of a system, of a bank, and why would you even have a customer service line if all your going to tell them is you have to go in a branch. I will never recommend keybank to anyone and I will give honest opinion why.

Not amazing but not terrible. Always have a new employee every time I go in and my debit card seems to get hacked about 2 times a year. Not sure if it's. Security thing with them or I just use it too much! .

Christine is an absolute Rockstar. I was in recently and her customer service is so much better than the many I've experienced. Thank you for the excellent customer service keep up the amazing work. Maybe you could teach the manager a little something.

I have been to 4 different Keybanks and Broomfield location is far the best. They are always friendly and so helpful. If you own a business Elena their Branch Manager is the best to work with.

I have never had any issues with my home town branch or my current branch. In fact, years ago I had a fraud withdraw $500 from my account. Keybank covered the lost amount. But, I am reviewing specifically for this location and this employee. Karishma Mavadia quite literally just saved my first time house purchase by supplying digital images from the ATM that general customer service dragged their feet with. She went above and beyond. I cannot thank her enough for her efforts today and hope she sees this and this branch recognizes her efforts!

This is the worst bank I've EVER dealt with. As my father's personal representative I'm trying to consolidate all of his accounts into one estate account. I had 5 banks to work with and this is the only one to give me pushback. They have my court ordered documents and his death certificate but it will "take 2 business days for their legal team to review them". Every other bank was easy to work with, and were able to help me the same day. There are lots of banks in this area, choose any of them except this one.

Key Bank is trash. The website SUCKS and the documentation is incorrect when you try to self-serve certain actions on your account. (it doesn't match the UI) They charge unexpected fees and then try to give weasely excuses for why the fee was charged. Customer support on the chat cannot help when you try to figure out what's going on. I have zero trust in this bank and seriously it deserves to go out of business. TRASH bank. AVOID.

I bank regularly at this location, and the service is always great. The staff is friendly and helpful. Jessica is the best! She's always able to make an appointment in my time, and is extremely helpful and knowledgeable with all of the products. I wouldn't want to bank anywhere else.

Stopped in to make a deposit on a Friday afternoon and three employees huddled in an office hollered out, "we will be right with you". I went over to the teller area where no windows were opened to wait for assistance. After several minutes, one employee came over to say it would be, "one more second" then went into the back then came out and said the same thing again. By now, I have been put off three times and still not helped. (The three employees were not with another customer). I ended up walking out without being helped. Nobody noticed or tried to stop me. I will be closing both my business accounts.
