Tried to work a deal out with Dani. Sure she’s super friendly and awesome. However when it came to the sale of a vehicle unprofessional. It turned out to be totally wrong.
Said she would call me back after she spoke with her boss about a cash deal. She never called back. I called back inline to find out she ended up selling to a previous person interested in the vehicle.
At least do me the curtesy of a call back I understand your making a sale and ensuring getting the most out of the sale but being able to take care of every person should involve making sure you communicate with them.

This place was amazing. Such a good experience. Dani the finance manager was so kind, sweet, and knowledgeable. Transaction was flawless and fast. Renewed my faith in dealerships. Really fair deal and terrific vehicle. These folks are trustworthy. Small places like this aren’t wasting money on overhead or fancy marketing or luxurious lots. Good job!!

Started my search for a heavy duty Dodge diesel 5500 all over Nebraska. The closest I could find was Lance Truck and Auto in Broomfield Colorado. I started visiting with Steve about a particular 2017 truck he had listed. Very informative and helpful and honest. We made arrangements with Steve that we are interested in the truck and will make the trip to Colorado to look at the truck. When we arrived, he had the front seat out and having it reupholstered for us. When that was finished, we took it for a test drive. Unfortunately, the check engine light came on and there were some emissions problems. When we returned to the dealer and told him what happened, Steve couldn’t have been any better. He got his mechanic Bob on the job and he worked tirelessly and very thorough and went through the entire truck for us. While we were waiting for the fix, Steve paid for our hotel and gave us one of his vehicles to drive. This IS the best customer service we have ever experienced. We are home with our new truck and couldn’t be happier with our truck and their incredible service. I will buy again from him and recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to give Steve a call. Oh, and we got a great trade in on our older truck. Thank you Steve Lance and your incredible mechanic Bob.

I traded my truck in at Lance Auto after going to several different lots and was offered the most amount on my trade by far. I was able to drive out in a great vehicle and cash in my pocket. Every one there is very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend checking them out.

I recently went to Lance Truck and Auto to purchase a Promaster van. I worked with Elijah, and it was a great experience. He was very upfront with what he knew about the vehicle, They also have a mechanics shop right next door to inspect all vehicles that come in. Do yourself a HUGE FAVOR. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS POSSIBLE!!!
I purchased a truck from here in January for the past 4 months I've been back and forth to the mechanic to fix a whole lot of issues. They gave me a 3 month warranty. All 3 months the so called mechanic they use was useless, dude couldn't figure out what was wrong with truck. SMFH. I'm not the only one who purchased a nightmare from here. If I could I'd give 0 stars

I recently traded in my vehicle here and had the smoothest, greatest experience at lance truck and auto. Steve, Dani and Elijah are all great to work with and made the experience very stress free and are all super friendly and knowledgeable and trustworthy!
