I came in a hurry to pick up dinner items before I had to pick up my grandson at preschool (I came to visit for 1 week from NM). Unfamiliar to your store and my blood sugar dropping, the lady at self checkout noticed my distress and said are you alright? I mentioned parchment paper and she had someone get it for me. Thank you, I made pick up at school on time.

Bought a Visa “debit” card to pay bills with. Card didn’t work for that, rude customer service lady informed me no exchange’s on gift cards. It’s false advertisement if the card doesn’t provide debit functions. I think I should be refunded what I paid, the rude lady didn’t help/care at all. Buyers beware!!

They let the local police dept run through their parking lot and run plates through the police database, and if their is anything incriminating tied to your plate the police can then enter the King Soopers and arrest you. If your with your children they call social services and they have a K9 unit their as well to do an extra special embarrassment and have your vehicle sniffed for drugs. I was embarrassed and now I'm fighting to keep my children in my custody because the whole social services call in because I was in the store with my children by myself like most mothers are. Thank God my boyfriend got there faster then the social worker and he got to take our kids home and they weren't going to be miserable anymore then they were already traumatized by having their mom taken out of the store in handcuffs without any of the stuff purchased that they were looking forward to. And all this happened over a Failure to Appear on a misdemeanor municipal warrent out of Thornton for loud noise ticket from 2017. I believe King Soopers has the right to tell their local police dept that they do NOT want to participate in this action done by the police to try to ruin a loyal customers night, family, and/or life just because I choose to shop at this store. Which I will never be shopping at again because I was informed that Broomfield police are the only cops in the area that do this so I will take my business to a Northglenn or Thornton King Soopers from now on.

Bigger than most King Soopers which means more of a selection. Clean store with friendly helpful staff. They actually have check out lanes open and the wait is minimal. Plenty of self check out if you prefer that, but I am not a King Sooper employee ;). I wish they had the taco kits more frequently or I go at a bad time.

The fried chicken deli section clerks are disaster evry time i go there. I buy these meals for my class three times a week. They have major attitude issues. They are not happy to be working there with an exception of one young man who is so wonderful. When I don't see him there ,then I always have problems with the others. Someone has to do something to keep serving up to par

Went to this store, since it was on the way home, to get some donuts for my kids. When I got home and opened the box to give them a donut, I realized they were hard and old. The front end cashier was also not personable at all. Maybe she was having a bad night.

First off I have been going to this grocery store for over 13 years. They have the most amazing customer service and staff. This evening I wanted to write a review specifically for Dru the Butcher! He remembers my name, makes me feel like he is the local butcher I would go to back home. Always knows my flavor and what I like. He is absolutely amazing! There was also a young man tonight who tolerated with my nonsense when I was asking him to bag my groceries. Damien! Young man kiddos to you for dealing with an upset person and being in a rush! You deserve to be a part of this review. He is a solid kid and a great worker follows the rules and does his job efficiently! Hats off to you young man! This is the best King Soopers I have ever gone to. Thank you guys for making me feel like home!
