I moved to Brighton and this is the closest location for me. I've been a couple of times and always in-and-out in less than 15 minutes. The staff is friendly and competent (verifies your ID in the room, shows you the labels with your info before they place them on the vials, etc.). Note that I always make an appointment online as they prioritize appointments over walk-ins.

Yes, they were busy and i was fine signing in and returning later that day. When i returned later that day, I wasn't there more then 2 minutes before they called me in. The girls were super friendly and i was happy that i chose this location. I'll look forward to doing all my lab work here at this location in the future.

Made it to the counter as the check in tablets don't work just to have the woman say may I help you, wait for 60 seconds and she says they will help you and leaves. WTH? Even the other employee that she just threw under the bus was surprised. Other people on the micro waiting room were even commenting. The next woman was able to help me and I am just picking up a test kit. So 25 minutes so far and I am still just hanging out. Great patient care here, I have come to realize that any Labcorp works the same. Surprisingly I was helped by a very nice lady, good instructions and went over everything. One shining star.

Front desk gals were extremely unprofessional. I called & someone answered though all you can hear is the person breathing. Called back & was put on hold about 20 minutes. So I went in to see if my order was in from my doctor. The gals at the desk kept starring at me, I asked if I can check in & was told to use the kiosk. I tried but did not have insurance cards on hand. So, I asked if they can check me in. The gal told me to bypass it. I had no clue what she was speaking of, she rudely said it again. I replied bypass what? She said the kiosk. Ok, instead of helping me with what I did not know I was left to figure it out. Took awhile. One of the gals called for a patient, another patient in the waiting room stated they person be in the other waiting room as the small one was full. The front desk gal rudely said, well they can get a message than. They called for another patient who went up. The gal asked his name, he asked to repeat what she said as he did not catch it at first, she rudely raised the tone of her voice & said his name loud with an attitude. This was uncalled for. I have never been treated poorly by staff at this hospital until now.

Quick and easy process. Special thank you to Laura who really went above and beyond to make me comfortable, as I’m not the best with blood draws. Such a great experience- I would be back for any future needs! Thank you all!

After reading these reviews I was a little worried I would be waiting for a long period. However I checked in online early and waited in my car. I got a notification before my start time that they were ready for me. I walked in and they took me right back. I waited maybe not even 5 minutes before the tech came in. She was super friendly and the process was quick and easy!

My wife had blood work done today. No appointment, just walked in at 1:00pm. Greeted pleasantly at desk. Signed in at kiosk (very easy). Sat in area just outside of the LabCorp space. Receptionist walked out to call her name. Technician was very pleasant and efficient. The entire process from arrival to exit was 30 minutes. I just can't understand all the negative reviews. Will go back again if needed.

Wait was not long. I don’t know if it’s policy or hubris, but tech didn’t listen when I told her what had success with my veins. She failed. A second person came in and this time did as requested. I won’t go back to any Lab Corp.

My pregnant wife booked an appointment for blood work online. The last appointment of the day, only to find out LabCorp was already closed by her appointment time. Why would you offer an appointment after you close? Beats me! Not the only issue I've had at this location. They have serious issues and like to waste people's time.

Let me join the others in wishing I could do zero stars. This was like going to the DMV. Checked in on worthless kiosk, told we had a 3.5 hour wait. Arrived at 3 hours and waited for an hour. Talked to the receptionist. She couldn't find our name on her screen. When she eventually did she asked for our paperwork. I told her the doctor placed the order electronically. She looked through papers, couldn't find whatever she was looking for and told us to call our doctor back. What a waste. Find another lab, any other lab has to be better than this.

I had a great experience at this Labcorp. The staff were nice, I was in and out in about five minutes, and she did a great job taking the sample.

Amazing experience, Wisam was the best! She was confident, kind and very professional. She knew what she was doing and I was done in a few minutes without any problems. 5/5 stars

I was able to self-schedule my blood draw online easily, and had to change the appointment multiple times. It was super easy , and lots of appointments available. Minimal wait when I arrived (5 min or fewer). Nurses are notoriously challenged with my veins and I usually end up a pin cushion for a few nurses until they grab the expert. Not today!! I needed 5 full vials, and I was in and out of the seat in Maybe 3 minutes. She found the rolling vein, instantly, only needed to stab me once, and no need for repositioning. Quick and (nearly) painless. I will always be sure to come to this facility in hopes she's working, for any future blood draws I need.

Not sure how there is such bad service here. Made an appointment and they are really behind . Avoid this spot and go to a different labcorps it's worth the extra drive time.

God forbid yall train staff to look at a preferred name before screaming a dead name into the ether in this political climate.
