We used Laurel for years, had one dog put down there and started taking our puppies after but that turned out to be a mistake. All of the previous veterinarians left and we got progressively worse visits. At one point they refused to give the rest of the required vaccinations to one of my puppies because she was "afraid". My puppy had a mussle on also becaus eshe was terrified. What kind of vet says that? When my other dog got cancer and had masses removed they told me her blood work was fine and everything was normal, only to have her die on the table at another vet a few days later. This place is garbage and I will never bring any of my pets back.

Dr Jones was great with my boy Hodor and I have always been very happy with the care, concern and knowledge that all of the vets and techs in the office have. All of the staff are very professional, knowledgeable, personable and very caring towards my doggos.

Though my dog had been terribly itchy for a couple months Laurel Vet never made me feel embarrassed or judged negatively due to my delay in getting him treatment. I'm moving and life's been crazy. I suggested a treatment my niece had told me about and the doctor agreed to try it. My little dog is so, so much better now! Thank you to the entire Laurel Vet team!

Dr. Gablehouse is amazing and hands down one of the best veterinarians I've ever had for my pets. She is knowledgeable medically and behaviorally, so she is aware of the most ethical and current standards in behavior and training. She makes an immense effort to keep my dog's visits low-stress, which is extremely important to me. I highly recommend going to see her at Laurel!

I have been taking my cat to Laurel Vet for a number of years now. I always know she is in great hands and I trust what they say and do is for the best interest of my cat. Shout out to Laura who was a wonderful help when I had an issue with a refill order. Laura was extremely helpful and resolved the issue immediately. Dr. Marschall is always great with communication and I appreciate all of the staff for taking care of my furr-baby :)

We took my very obviously sick cat here, they sent her home with nothing and charged us nearly 400$. She passed away painfully that same day and my family will never recover. DONT BRING YOUR CATS HERE.!!!!

Totally upset, only 10 minutes late coming all the way across town and they wouldn't see him, out $50 and they wanted an additional $50 to reschedule! ??This place don't waste your time or money!

We are so disappointed in the behavior of the front desk team and it’s not the first time. We had an appointment a few weeks ago and unfortunately had to reschedule both dogs. When we set up the new appointment, they gave us the 830 time. We showed up at 825 with both dogs and the very first thing out of her mouth was “you’re late, we can only see one dog, which dog are we seeing.” We were caught off guard because 1) the only confirmation of information about the new appointments states 830. We never knew about an 800 appointment. 2) we drive an hour to bring the dogs to this vet so it’s very much a commitment to get here. 3) there was literally no other car in the lot and the waiting room was empty. The fact that she wouldn’t even ask if she could see both dogs was disappointing. Again the tone and the behavior was sharp and degrading. As mentioned, this is not our first encounter with them being rude to us and previously we’ve witnessed them being this way to others. It’s unacceptable. We understand policies but had we been communicated and given 2 different appointment times we would have been here at 755. Again, it’s not easy to get here so when we do, we want to make it one trip.If I were the doctors, I would consider seriously revamping the face of your clinic, because no matter how much we love the doctors, esp Dr Gablehouse who’s incredible, we are considering a vet change because of the pure rudeness up front.

This place is fantastic! The staff is friendly and personable, the doctors are happy to share insight and give referrals, they follow up via email with plenty of information if they sense you have any concerns about your dog's long-term health, they're very flexible with scheduling, and twice now they have bent over backwards to get me in, same day, ON A SATURDAY, so that I can be sure my puppy gets to go to training class. Not to mention they did this for me as a brand new new client. All around no hassle, great care and service. So glad I decided to make Laurel my vet of choice.
