after driving 35+ minutes just to go to this lids, they decided to close an hour early. and despite being open enough to continue stitching someone hat, wouldn’t let me into purchase a hat that was already picked out. would have taken no time, just making the sale. thoroughly disappointed in the lack of customer service

The workers are NEVER IN THE STORE.The gate is always shut and there is always a note saying back in 10 minutes on the door.

Very bad customer service. The employees looked like they hated their jobs. The one red head lady employee had told a few people there that” it’s not my job to put your stuff back” when the customers are trying to buy stuff from the store …. Not going back. Wouldn’t recommend anyone going as well.

Charged me for spray without asking, then tried to short change me. Goofy, hatless, and hapless manager stood by looking annoyed with me for speaking up while their employee did all this. Trash customer service, shady practices.

The workers there were so rude and gave attitude for no reason and to top it off after a hour wait which they said that it would be done around a hour for our hats to have some writing on it we come back and they walk out and look us in the face and say " oh shit" and laugh and leave completely disrespectful not a professional business at all

Won't sell you a hat because (they hid it or holding it in the back). No actual management experience. Don't know how to do embroidery sexiest comments in need of new staff or owner.

I've been aware of the shady things that go on at this location for years and sadly it hasn't changed. Employees are way to young to act the way they do to customers and they have zero training and or respect. Employees hold hats and sizes for themselves and claim to not know what hat you're inquiring about on the phone because they are in the back for themselves. Bad business practices left and right here hats used to be fun, not anymore.

Lyrics is OK if you want to pop in and and get a hat or get something put on your hat. But it is not a friendly place to hang out and enjoy yourself it is a get in and get out kinda place.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! Zero customer service, staff is EXTREMELY condescending, and while I was looking for a knit LID, selection is STRICTLY only baseball caps. I never wish ill on a place, but in the words of my hero, SHUT IT DOWN!!! This place doesn't even deserve a star!

Not only are the hats trash but it takes them forever to attend. I reserved a hat for my little brother which he said he would save “forsure” but than let some other kid buy it right in front of me and didn’t tell him he had it for me well I brought my little brother up to buy it for him. Worst customer experience too.

Stopped by this Lids location this morning to purchase a hat for my husband. The store was supposed to open at 11. We waited until about 11:15 & were about to leave because no one was there to open the store. Right as we were about to leave the employee showed up, lifted the gate just enough to let himself under and then slammed it down. He didn't even acknowledge that we were standing there or that we had been waiting for him to open. I completely understand that stuff happens and that people run late but to not even acknowledge our presence and to slam the gate down on us is absolutely unacceptable and beyond rude. We have shopped at this location for over 10 years and will never support Lids again! I'm astonished!

Noticed the grate open just before 11, lights even started coming on. Did not see anyone inside. Not sure of they were out walking their dog or what, but by 11:40 we had enough staring off at the food court. I assume the 5 other customers that would wait for a few minutes were disappointed as well. Drove 30 minutes for what?
