We are a family of four with two young men. They made changes about a year ago. We communicated very well, as allocated. It is not as enjoyable while we are present. Utilize this specific club best by featuring cardio while looking over the pool & the golf course. It’s nice to not be staring at a wall & or down somebody else’s space while working out in cardio for a half hour. The machines for cardio (elliptical) are too close. I’m careful what I wish for, as they seem to be placing and removing them often. Hey, “I need the elliptical !”

Sad to see such an expensive gym kept so terrible. They raised the rates again, too. Locker room was disgusting, and hot tub was gross...floors nasty filled with hair. There is no toilet paper in the locker room either... for $$$$$ and NO basketball court mind you...the kid area is also not prepared for kids older than 7. Too small for older kids and their kid staff has only expectations for china dolls... It's way too much for the same old Lakeshore... no one from staff has reached out. They just collect payment.

Been with lifetime for less than a year and have been loving it so far. Flat irons location is special being smaller compared to the other locations but really enjoyed my facial with Elise and my hair taken care of by Kelly! They are an absolute 5 star experience, but coming here with a 3 star because of yoga instructor (I believe her name was sarah). Just before class my guest and I ran into her in the bathroom she scolded us for taking towels that were sitting in the bathroom with no sign. It was embarrassing as I was trying to show my guest how nice the facility was to join- but after that rude interaction, unfortunately it discouraged my guest from signing up for a membership. I’m really shocked by how much a membership costs here to be treated so rudely by an instructor.

I just joined the club last week and have had two excellent interactions: Pilates with Leslie and a facial with Elise. Leslie is one of the most experienced pilates teachers I've had in the last year and in two cities; she made very careful observations and essential corrections. Leslie is what convinced me to sign up. Elise gave me the best facial I've ever had: thorough, knowledgeable, and skillful. So far so good!

It’s a pretty facility however I was really disappointed in the weight selections. Free weights (dumbbells) are only in 5 lb increments (other locations have them in 2.5 lb increments) and there aren’t any small weight adapters for the cable stations (like lat pull downs) which go in 10 lb increments. How is someone with a small stature (especially females) supposed to get in a good workout where they are able to push themselves? These are simple things to fix to accommodate everyone.

I like Life Time very much. They provide a lot of features which other gyms don't have. I enjoy working out with sufficient equipments around, the hot tubs in the locker rooms, and the workout classes they offer. However, given the price of their membership, they can do better with cleaning the machines, showers, and yoga mats. I often find hair all over in the shower rooms in the women's locker. I also notice that people rarely clean up the yoga mats after use and are very dusty/dirty. It would make the gym experience so much better to see good hygiene.

LT Flatirons was a decent place, but it is losing value as in many other places. The price increased a couple of times this year. The club is not what it used to be. The towels are falling apart. They are so old that many have holes in them. For a month, several machines were not working. I paid for three PT sessions but only got one because the trainer's wife's uncle was sick. I saw the so-called trainer a couple of weeks later, and he ignored me and never rescheduled. One weekend, I had an issue with one machine, and the girl at the front desk could not help. She was very dismissive, and when I asked to speak with the manager, I was told that the manager did not work on weekends. The clubs are not improving; on the contrary, they are getting worse, and the only increasing thing is the price. They changed the tennis courts, and after that, if you wanted to play tennis, you had to go to a different club and, depending on your membership, pay extra. The eucalyptus towels are supplied once a week, so sometimes they are all gone by Friday, and the place where the towels are kept cold is empty for at least three days. It is impossible to talk with someone in charge on weekends, and we are told to email him. There are showers in the men's locker rooms that needed repair, and it took over a month to fix them. One still has no blue and red dots, keeping the two holes open. It is the little details that count.

I love it here it's a second home for me if you are thinking about getting a member ship you should. I'll admit the pricing is a little steep but at the end of the day there is nothing worth more than my health and having a nice gym is a huge motivator for me in staying consistent

Nice gym. Usually fairly clean, but sometimes not. Most of the staff is friendly, but everyone is nameless and they dont bother to know your name. Cafe Closes at 8pm, so if you work out later and finish after that you are out of luck if you want anything after your workout. Seems to cater more to people who come early. It's not any better than it was when it was Lakeshore, but it's just as good... except there are far more spoiled high school age kids using the weight room who think they are better than they are.

It was a great in my neighborhood until I froze my account for a month due to travels. I was not informed about any membership fee increase when I asked about the account freezing options. Then a month later, my monthly fee increased $60+ per month with a short notice (like 10 days before charging). I asked the gym staff if this will happen again if I choose to freeze for another month because I have many travels this year, and they told me it's no guarantee. The price is really not transparent here! It seems they can increase as much/frequent as they want to your card if you make any changes to your account. I also did call the gym and try to figure out the rules by talking to someone at their business department, and the phone was never picked up. I gave 1 star to the great instructors they have, but really disappointed with their management.

Love the outdoor pool but find it way too noisy, the volume interferes with normal level conversation. I have asked politely a number of times if it is possible to lower the music's volume a bit. I was told, they'll see if they can turn the volume down. NOT! We were amazed that a high end gym would allow such a disturbance, chances are if it's disturbing to us, it most likely is intrusive to others, as well. The music should be relaxing or at least not so loud. Why do they think everyone wants it loud?#LifeTime_Life #LoveYourLife #BahramAkradi
