I wanted to share my recent experience at this store. I visited this location on 2/28/25 around 4pm, with the intention of browsing perfumes and colognes, but unfortunately, the service was disappointing. As I entered, I noticed four staff members standing at a counter, and none of them acknowledged me or my mom. Despite us clearly looking for assistance, we were completely ignored. One employee even walked past me and called out to a colleague across the store without offering any help. I couldn’t shake the feeling that my appearance, wearing sweatpants, may have contributed to the discrimination. Regardless, this experience was discouraging, and I left feeling unwelcome. Given how hard everyone works for their money, no one should be treated as if they don’t matter. I would advise others to shop where you feel valued and respected.

Been shopping here for about 15 years. The last couple times I came to this was horrible. I spent over $2k on furniture at this store and the racist imagrant Furnature Salesman "Mustafa" was extremely rude because he didn't get the commission on the sale. He didn't help me load the furniture into my vehicle. He dropped it off at the curb and made me and my 60 year old mother struggle to get it into the back of her SUV. Older Customers walking into the store helped us after watching us struggle. When I called the corporate number to make a complaint the lady on the phone said they don't take verbal complaints over the phone even though the automated phone recording said "press #2 to make a complaint about a Macy's associate" and I pressed #2. Instead she directed me to an email to make a complaint about my experience at this store. So then I called the store to talk to the manager about the issue and another racist employee claiming to be an assistant Manager "Jay" this Assistantamager refused to get the manager so I can complain directly to the manager. This Racist Assistant manager totally took sides of his sales associate "Mustafa" and immediately accused me of being a racist because his employee said I made a racist remark. Lie! The assistant manager "Jay" was very condescending and didn't take my complaint about his employee seriously. They didn't admit guilt or apologize for not doing his job and helping customers load furnature their car and instead disrespectfully left it for me to do by my self. I will never spend another cent in this store ever again.

My family ventured a few feet inside the store to look at some things we had seen from outside. Within a few minutes, two different staff members started giving nasty looks to my developmentally disabled brother so we left without any further consideration of purchase. I guess Macy’s is too elite for our blood

I was very impressed with the customer service. I came in looking for perfume gift sets for my grandpas friend because she wanted me to find them for her and I was able to find both of the gift sets she was looking for. Megan was so patient and helpful with me. She helped me ring up 4 different transactions because my grandma wanted to buy things for her and once we were done with a transaction, she saw something she wanted to buy so we had to do another transaction. Also the other coworkers were very nice as well helping my grandma find the items she wanted. On one of the products Megan forgot to put the 15% discount in and later on she checked for me and fixed it. I had no idea she didn’t put in the discount but she was nice enough to double check for me. Thank you so much Megan I really appreciate your help today :)

I like this place a lot. Friendly and helpful staff. You can find good brands with reasonable prices, and almost all the time very good deals on clothes.

This store is not very professional and when you call the number on the website you can't reach anyone. No one answers the phone and it's very frustrating and the associates are rude and unprofessional. The management is not any better than the associates and find another store to shop at like Dillard's.

Horrible experience. If I could give a 0/5 I would. A worker named Susie yelled at my 3 year old cousin for running to his older brother. She also proceeded to call my aunt a bad mother because he was not listening. She also stated that one of the products we were going to buy was not going to have the same deal after that conversation . I would love for a manager of this store to reach out and communicate with me about this experience.

Do Not buy jewelry from here, specifically asked for a more durable gold necklace, was suggested the rope chain for durability but had it break twice now in 1 year of having it and staff is very unhelpful. Save yourself the headache.
