I've had the same problem with Holly. She is arrogant, rude, and unprofessional. After speaking to Mark, I did not feel like my concerns will be addressed. Janet is amazing. She goes above and beyond but I'm not sure my personal and business insurance policies should stay with an agent who thinks it's okay to have such a toxic person representing his brand.
