So disappointed. I received a giftcard to use, I set up an appointment. I told the therapist that I wanted medium pressure and this guy went to town and medium pressure was not used. He dug so hard it was uncomfortable. I was sore in this one area around my neck and he worked my trapezius so hard on the one side that I am still in pain and now it's worse to where I can't turn my neck and now making it hard do certain things. I cannot say and I can only hope that they are a certified therapist. As soon as the hour was up he was out the door, no time to relax just your times up and out you go.

I had a membership at this location for several years - and through several management changes. When an investment firm took over a few years ago, it was obvious the pressure was on sales instead of service. The staff at sites run by this operator were often miserable; I ran into many after they transferred to other locations or competitors. Appointments became impossible to get in the past few years at this and all the other locations connected with the same investors. The therapists were mostly fabulous, but management couldn’t seem to balance staffing with membership sales. The owners of this location owned many in the area - except for the Vista Highlands location. It became almost impossible to get appointments anywhere in the area. Eventually whoever operated this location, who also operates or operated nearly all of the others in this area of Colorado, started charging fees to use credits at sites outside of their group of stores, like Vista Highlands. Customers had to jump through hoops to use credits. Calls often went unanswered. (Vista Highlands’ management and owner was great and often had appointments. The front desk staff had great attitudes, and the therapy staff was wonderful. Like the Broomfield 287 location was many years ago. Some of the staff came from this location and from Thornton.) I would never become a ME member at any location again after experiencing the decline of this brand. Once it started expanding, the focus became too much on profit, changing products used and sold by aestheticians, upselling, and competing with other ME franchise operators. Eventually the newer, more customer-focused Vista Highlands in Broomfield closed. I can’t help but assume the tactics used by the Broomfield 287 (+) franchisee had something to do with it. ME corporate seems to not care about how it impacts the brand and customers. Emails to the corporate office and to the investment firm over the Broomfield 287 store were ignored. Eventually I just cancelled the membership. Buyer beware. Unless or until something changes, this isn’t a brand that can deliver what it promises anymore in this area of Colorado.

Unbelievably terrible customer service. It is almost impossible to get an appointment. Then you finally get an appointment. They call to tell you they have to reschedule, send a confirmation text which states the penalty if the client cancels. Then you arrive on time for the confirmed appointment and the girl at the counter shrugs her shoulders and says there must have been a miscommunication because you don’t have an appointment. They collect their monthly fees, are unable to provide service. AVOID. This place is a scam operation.

I had no intention of going to Massage Envy in the foreseeable future based on the reviews. I was gifted a massage for Christmas and didn't want it to go to waste, so I used it and im so happy I did. The front desk staff was so kind and helpful and my massage therapist, Luis, was phenomenal. Ive never felt so safe and listened to during a massage before. He not only listened to me, but really paid attention to what my body was telling him. I just moved here from Texas and feel so fortunate to have already found (hopefully) my forever masseuse.Ask for Luis, you won't regret it.

I've called this location a total of about 15 times during business hours and only spoken to a person once. Made an appointment that one time, went there once. I guess they're doing so well they don't need customers but, at least the massage was good

I was so impressed by the massage that I got from Hai! He is very adept and knows his anatomy, and was able to target specific areas of tension in my hips and shoulders that have been bothering me. Even with “Firm Pressure” he is strong and delivered the perfect level for me, and I regularly get deep tissue massage.

Every time I have called it goes straight to voicemail and then they try to text me back instead of giving me a call. When I asked them to give me a call back to confirm transferring my membership to a different studio (one that is more responsive) they ignored me. If you are interested in a massage envy membership stay clear of using this studio as your home studio.

This location has truly horrible customer service and fraudulent/predatory billing practices. I’ve called for MONTHS in a row to try to put my account on freeze because I have so many unused credits. (During COVID I thought I had frozen my account but wasn’t checking closely enough and they charged me on an old card for 17 months- fine, my fault). Every time I call and re-send the freeze form I’m told that this form will be “put on my managers desk” and that a manager will call me back. 4 almost 5 months have gone by now and I’m still being charged against my consent. I’ve called, emailed, and asked every way possible and they keep taking my money. I also asked for a reimbursement for the months they charged me and they told me it was my fault for “not sending the form in time”. I’ve sent the form close to 10 times at this point while on the phone with their front desk staff. I am at my wits end with this place. I’m held hostage by the fact that I have hundreds of dollars of credits to spend here but I’m tempted to just cancel anyway to save the headache. DO NOT buy a membership here. It will haunt you for years. Also, if a manager sees this - yes, CALL ME BACK as I’ve been requesting since November. Thanks.

This is one of the worst managed places I've ever visited! The management is so bad that after being a regular customer for almost 20 years, I will never go here again! I would not take a chance with a terribly run place like Massage Envy. There are many other nicer and better run massage places to give your business that won't screw you over in the end. No wonder they can barely maintain a three star rating. ?

They cancel appointments half hour before with no explanation this is happened several times. That I could give a zero or minus points that’s what I would’ve done, this location has disappointed us several times. Go somewhere else.

I've been a member in good standing with Massage Envy for many years. Always had good experiences there. Today, after 20 months of waiting out the pandemic, I thought certainly I can secure a massage with a vaccinated therapist. Unfortunately, I was told by the front desk staff that they are not allowed to give out that information. Look, I don't need everyone's health information, but there have to be therapists there who don't mind being added to a list of guaranteed vaccinated people. It could be an absolutely voluntary list of people who would like to receive my business and generous tips.
