Honestly one of the best experiences I've had been dealing with cars. The main guy I talked to absolutely awesome, they did the work quick and was honestly pretty surprised cause it was faster then If I had taken it to the dealership. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I’ve had work done here multiple times on my 2016 WRX, and the quality of service is consistently outstanding. Recently had to tow my car in for surprise repairs during a holiday week.. Alex and team were able to intake the car without me present, quickly diagnose, and provide projected estimates. They were very communicative and extremely nice throughout the process, and took the time to point out misc. things that I should keep an eye on for future maintenance. Turnaround time and pricing for the work was more than reasonable. I’m really picky with my WRX’s service, so am extra grateful to have the New Way Auto team for all of my maintenance and repair needs.

I called New Way Auto Solutions to get a radiator replaced. Alex got me in the next day and got it replaced promptly for a very reasonable price. Great job Alex, I'll definitely be back.

Oleg is the best. My wife and I were headed out for a 1300 mile trip. The brakes started grinding. We needed a brake job on her 2014 Venza. He got us in on short notice. He also found the clunking noise in the back of the car. Our shocks were completely worn out. He had a cancellation the next day and was able to squeeze us in.
He replaced the rear shocks and the next day we were able to take our vacation drive to Vegas.
He really cares!

I had a great experience. The price was the best around and the work was fantastic. I had it done the same day and everything was explained to me, old parts and new installations were shown. Super knowledgeable and super friendly. Highly recommend New Way!

Had this shop replace a timing belt and radiator on a 2001 4Runner. The radiator hose blew off a few weeks after they replaced the radiator in the middle of the highway. They had put a new radiator in but failed to replace the hose that didn’t fit the new radiator. Then, after just over 1 year the timing belt tensioner pulley bolt that they had replaced failed due to overtorquing. It stripped out, tore through the belt, and out of the shroud cover. It also failed on the highway and left me stranded. I complained to the shop that in less than 25,000 miles the timing belt had already gone. They said they stand by their 1 year warranty and anything that fails past 1 year they won’t look at again or even consider a partial refund. If New Way Auto wants to keep their reputation, they don’t have it from me.

Came in for a bad oil leak. They seemed to have done a good job with the repairs but they didn’t clean ANY of the oil from the under carriage and now my car smells like burning oil everyday(I saw the car on the lift). Also they removed the bumper now my headlight warning light is on and they told me they didn’t know what it was and didn’t have the software to fix it. Something to consider if you’re thinking of taking your car here. I DON’T think they did a thorough job and wouldn’t take my car here again unless I absolutely had to. They had the car for 4 days and it cost almost 2 grand.

This is the best place to take your auto for repair or general maintenance! They are extremely knowledgeable, fast , pleasant and efficient. My auto was smoking by the time I drove it home from work, took it to them the next day and they immediately found the problem, replaced needed parts, charged a fair price and were very easy for me, a novice, to deal with. I've been dealing with them for over two years and there's nothing for me to complain about - nor will anyone else who goes to them for needed work done.

I installed my rack and pinion wrong. And my steering wheel was really stiff. I called with only about an hour until closing. And They allowed me to come and put my car up on a lift in short notice.
