Waited 10 minutes at counter to even be recognized by the sole employee. They were stocking a rack in line of sight of the registers. No one else was in the store. I know I was born in the 1900's but cash, customer, then cleanup (stocking) should be the order of service. They were polite and the store had what I needed for my much younger cousin. Just sayin

I had the absolute best shopping experience at PacSun, all thanks to Meadow and Shea! These two are incredible—so friendly, fun, and genuinely invested in helping me find the perfect outfit. Their style advice was spot-on, and they made the whole process feel effortless and exciting.
Not only did they nail the outfit, but their upbeat energy and enthusiasm made the experience unforgettable. It’s rare to find such amazing customer service paired with such a good vibe. Thank you, Meadow and Shea, for making my day and leaving me feeling confident and stylish. I can’t wait to come back!

It's one of the best Pac sun locations I've visited. Only downside to the men jeans, the store doesn't carry anything bigger than 34 waist

asked if could try on clothes and the girl in the fitting room rolled her eyes and shook her head no and then walked away.. didn’t even say anything. Weird and rude lol. The whole store was trashed too

Man I specifically stated the actions I wanted taken.
If the shirt is cheaper online I will order online, if not I’ll just buy in store (the shirt was 25% off online)
The guy lady says we can order online thru the store
I said okay and it’s the same price as what’s reflecting on the site she says yes.
I did not receive a receipt
What a total liar when I walked out the mall and actually got signal and my confirmation email it said I paid $32
It’s so simple but she wasn’t actually listening also didn’t care to be honest not coming back to This location with these air head workers

I have worked in customer service for 7 years (4 years in retail) and have never left a bad review before but I am for this place because I am tired of people being rude. I ordered a dress for my graduation to pickup that it said online was in- stock in store. I went in 2 days later, after not getting any update emails and trying to call the store several times. I am always nice to customer service workers since I literally am one… The girl was rude to me and told me if I waited an hour they would maybe have it. I asked if I could just have a refund and she said that wasn’t possible, which I understand. I had work so I couldn’t wait an hour and she told me if I came back the next day it would be ready, and that if they did not have it I would get an email. I never got that email so I drove all the way back today before work and they didn’t have the dress and said it was never in stock. I didn’t get a refund or anything so now I have to go through pacsun support. I don’t care that it wasn’t in stock but I care that she was very rude to me and told me to come back when they never even had the item, and didn’t even bother sending an email. The girl that was working today was nice at least. It’s not that hard to be nice, coming from someone who literally has this job.

First time shopping here and had the worst experience. I ordered some shirts online and wanted to return a couple that I didn't like after seeing them in person. Instead of accepting my return like a normal store (and honoring their return policy), they said they couldn't return because the shirts were missing tags, even though thats how they were shipped to me. When I told them this, they casually said they couldn't help me and I should contact the customer service hotline. This didn't make sense to me, but I stepped out of line and called the hotline, only to find out it was closed on weekends. I got back in line and this time they confirmed those specific shirts don't have tags, but instead of processing the return (again like a reasonable business) they said they couldnt return because the shirts had been worn. I informed them I had tried the shirts on, but never wore them. They then implied that I was lying and said they couldn't return damaged merchandise. I said again, that it was a fact that I hadnt worn the shirts, and that if they were "damaged" that Pacsun had shipped them that way, so damaged or not, it was their obligation (again per the return policy) to return the items. They again refused, but after literally begging them and making a scene for ten minutes they finally agreed to return the shirts. If you enjoy being treated like a liar and a con artists, then I can recommend shopping here. Otherwise, steer clear.

I love pacsun, the employees are super nice and helpful. Honestly, coming here is therapy for me. 10/10 best place to shop in Flatirons mall <3 :)

Cute clothes, had a handful of things to try on and was told the dressing rooms weren't open until 2pm. Gave it all back to the lady and left. Why be open when you can't let customers try on?

Sent me the wrong item. Then I had to send it back before they would send me what I paid for. Then they said they are out of the product, after keeping my money for almost 2 weeks. Still waiting on a refund. Shop with caution!!

Peyton who claims to be the manager is so rude and overcharged me for a pair of shorts I had just returned and then 20 mins later decided I wanted them she sold me the same pair back for double what I paid and refused to adjust the price! I asked to talk to the manager and she smirks and says "I am the manager" This is horrible customer service then she snidely remarks " I'm not going to lose my job for you" what? Are you serious? Because you won't honor the price I paid for them? She will lose her job but for being unhelpful and not doing her job! Don't go here.

These reviews are no concern to upper management or corporate, because they are all still on point. Good help must be so difficult to find these days. I will take my hard earned dollars elsewhere from now on and not recommend that anyone I know shops at this store in particular.

My son received terrible customer service today 1/6/2021. It's really unfortunate when someone in the retail industry is rude considering it's literally your job to provide customer service. My son loves PacSun, and I have spent a lot of money there. I will never shop there again.
