Imagine buying charms from a company that offers a 30 day money back guarantee, and then being berated by the general manager (I believe her name was Sue…had a British accent) in the store when trying to return anything. She is friendly while selling charms, but just nasty to deal with while returning. I went into the store yesterday, and was yelled at by her for trying to process in-store & online returns. She yelled that her store “would look like they didn’t sell anything with these returns”. Is this truly how Pandora trains their GENERAL MANAGERS to behave while dealing with returns? Is she paid solely based on sales vs returns? Based on the reviews of this store, this seems to be a trend/problem with her. Pandora needs to provide her with remedial customer service training or get rid of her. She clearly hasn’t learned anything from the negative feedback she has received. Is she not being held accountable for her behavior by corporate? Thanks to her response, I will NEVER purchase from this store again, and now have a sour taste in my mouth regarding Pandora altogether.

I believe the employees name was Lynne but I walked in looking for a charm for my bracelet and was unsure of what I wanted. She gave me loads of options!! It was my first time at pandora (I got a bracelet for Christmas) and I had no knowledge of what charms fit what bracelets and aftercare instructions. Lynne was very detailed and super helpful with that:) I will be back to get more charms in the future!!!

Manager is very nasty. Seems a bit racist. Went In on March 17th was over charged they credited my account. Never went back to my account. So I went In to the store on April 16th to require about it. The manager was very rude. She then pulls up my account. Prints it and in a very loud upset voice tries to embarrass me in front of customers says you need to take that up with your bank. I said ok. I try and ask her about a return I wasn’t sure if she could help with me with of a purchase I got online. Once again mean as ever. NO WE DON’T HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH ONLINE STUFF YOU SHOULD HAVE A RETURN FORM. she yells once more. I still hold my composure. I say thank you walk out. But I forgot because of how poor I was treated I wanted to get my two bracelets cleaned. She once more rude as ever walks me to her sign that I didn’t see while I was in the store because a customer was in front of the sign. The machine is not working at the moment. I’ll never do business in that store. I’ll continue to let my husband buy my pieces from the Cherry creek location. He have spent thousands of dollars with pandora. She was unprofessional and shouldn’t be a manager.

I bought a necklace from here from one price point, The lady who helped didn’t state that the price was incorrect and charged me. When I asked about it she was like “ yea thats the price “ when its obviously overcharged.

Just tried to come in and make a purchase, and as soon I walked in I was asked to leave because the workers were helping someone else. I asked if I could at least look around and they said no I had to wait outside. Will never shop at this pandora again. Sad this was my go to. Horrible experience.
