The Paul Derda Recreation Center is the main recreation center for Broomfield. It is a very friendly and great community gym and pool, offering something for everybody. The facility features workout equipment that is well maintained, basketball courts, a fantastic track above the gym, and a climbing wall. The aquatic area provides great family friendly fun with two awesome water slides, a lazy river, a zero entry pool, and separate family and adult hot tub areas. There is also a free indoor play area for younger children and an outdoor splash pad. It is a cool place and a great alternative for fitness and family activities.
Pretty nice rec center overall. The lap pool is lacking but everything else is great in the aquatics area. Good for young children

They have many options for keeping fit and/or working out. Also fitness classes and personal trainers are available It is usually clean and well cared for The staff are not the friendliest of people but the people there usually are
