Very nice employees who know what they're doing! Also a good stock of practical parts, and they're practically giving away hard drives! :)

We started buying our servers from Howard 20 years ago. His prices were always fair and the service excellent. He built us some extraordinary Supermicro servers. We are shutting down our operations now and have realized that short of swapping drives out we have not powered down several of his servers in more than a decade. They never missed a beat. Thanks Howard! I'm sure your team is managing things in your fashion. Cloud or no cloud, skilled honest support still runs the show.

I have had several computers built here that are custom and Not High in price. These guys are the best and I know this to be true. I've been a loyal customer for the past 23 years. They do speak nurd, however, in a way that is never rude. They are very talented and kind. You should stop by before spending too much at the big box stores and finding you may have saved a lot of money, time, and frustration. I did that once, and never again. This will be your store too. ?

I do believe small businesses are supposed to look out for other small businesses and support the community. Unfortunately when I went into PC city to ask about monitors they don’t carry them. So I was told that I should go to Costco first, then check Walmart And at the last resort Best Buy.After doing some research I found out Action computer just one major Road away on 80th carries them. Wide. selection unbelievable. Action computer off of 80th was not only helpful way less expensive and referred other small businesses close to them for things they didn’t carry. That’s the way we are supposed to do it in a community where small business matters. Shame on you PC city.

Howard is gone. That being said, I have faith these guys will carry on the legacy of customer care and honest repairs. Howard was my go to guy and I remember when he opened the store. Never was I in doubt the work would be done and at a fair cost. Sadly, with everything being in the cloud, on a phone or in a tablet, true computer skills are lost. However, as a geek myself, I need my old computers for programs that are no longer workable on newer platforms. So, I was taken back by the $140 fee charged now, and it took several trips back to get my repairs done, which I "hope" have been made. On two return trips, the other customers in the lobby asked about Howard. I hope that was a message to the staff (I have shoes older than them), along with the certificates of accomplishment on the wall Howard earned. Because a happy customer, is the best marketing a store can ever have, and it is free. Likewise, a frustrated one can loose you ten customers in a few words. I am still on the fence if I will go back, makes me sad to see a part of life fade away.

Always a wonderful experience. These folks are honest, they know what they are doing and they always go above and beyond what is asked of them, to what needs to get done.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. In early December 2020 I brought them my laptop to fix. The touch screen had shattered and the metal next to the HDMI port had bent during travel, making it impossible for me to use the computer. When I brought it in they told me they could have a new screen for me and adjust the metal around the HDMI port in a week. I waited a week and no response. I actually had to call them to get an update. When I called, the associate who answered told me that they had ordered the wrong screen and so had to place another order for the right one. I was frustrated but there wasn't anything else I could do. Then he deepened my frustration by telling me it would be ready between 12/30/2020 and 1/2/2021 because of Christmas. I called on 12/30/2020 to see if the part had arrived and the associate told me that now it wasn't projected to arrive until 1/6/2021. Great. So I continued to wait. On 1/4/2021 I got a call that said the part had arrived and the computer was ready for pick up. When I got to the store I noticed right away that the bottom of the screen appeared different. It has a glue substance showing. When I pointed it out to the associate he just shrugged it off and proceeded to tell me my total. I was shocked that he actually expected me to pay full price given the error made by PC City to get me the correct screen. I pointed out that they had ordered the wrong part for me and I should be given some kind of discount. He told me that there was nothing he could do and I just had to pay. The next day I was working on the computer and noticed that my screen is starting to pop out a bit. This was not an issue when I brought the computer in. I called and asked to speak to a manager. He told me that I could bring it in and they could clip it back into place. When I then told him about how I was charged full price even though I had to wait 4x longer than I should have to get my computer, he simply told me that "mistakes happen" and that he would not offer me anything. I then told him that not only did they order the wrong piece and make me wait longer, but that the quality of work was subpar because of the glue in the bottom and the screen popping out. He continued to tell me that he would not do anything for me regarding the price and that he would only help fix the popping-out screen. I think I'm just going to take it to Best Buy and see if they can help me. I wanted to support a non-corporate business, but will never take any electronics I have back to them again.
