Slipped & fell on ice in a parking lot, my glasses case took the brunt of the fall causing the lens retaining wire to break off the frame. Stopped by Pearle Vision in Broomfield and Jen fixed my glasses in less than 5 minutes while I waited with smile - thank you again!
