Went in to buy dog food. My total sale would have been around 100.00 but now I won't be back. I asked to use the restroom which was locked. They refused stating that they had trouble with people leaving it dirty and abusung it. I felt like I was being treated like dirt. Good-bye Petco. Never doing business there again.

Staff was knowledgeable but can definitely do a better job of cleaning the aquatics.. Very healthy plants and some good looking fish tanks not so clean

Ripped me off by charging me $30 for a $7 item. Absolutely no help on the phone from either this store or their corporate number. They’re saying the only solution for their mistake is for me to come back to their store and interact with their one and only cashier present today who happens to be quite ill. I’d stay away from these scammers if I were you.Just take a look at the other reviews here as well; they’re no strangers to stealing people’s money and providing lackluster serviceEdit: your responses to customer complaints are worthless as well. I absolutely do not believe you’ll “show it to the team” or that you’ll make any sort of meaningful change. You’re content to be mediocre at best, criminal at worst. Live your truth about it at least, and quit lying on here

I have to say something about this and I hope that someone reads this. Tonight we got my dogs together to take them in for a nail trim. Its about a 20 minute trip for us one way not to mention getting all their records together and getting the dogs ready to go to the store. We get there at 4:15pm on a Saturday and there was nobody in the grooming salon nor do I see any dogs. I waited around for a bit and finally a young lady comes in. She tells me she's not taking any more appointment's for nails for the day because she is ABOUT to go home. So... why are you even still in the store? Just to hang out and tell people you aren't taking any more clients? Also... since when is a nail trim something that needs an appointment? I would understand if the place was packed and I came in but she was hanging out in the store just waiting to go home? Its not like she was working on a groom and I came in... she came over from the store and then told me she won't do it because she's ABOUT to go home. Why not shut the grooming facility down at 4pm if it takes the worker half an hour to PREPARE to go home? I've worked in retail and I have managed retail so I understand not wanting to start something before you leave but when is that cutoff? Half an hour? An hour? And is the employee just free to hang out and get paid for nothing for that amount of time?Just super frustrating the amount of time and gas wasted on such a ridiculous reason for not being about to do it. It takes 10 mins top for a nail trim... and we always shop while we wait. But I will for sure be rethinking bringing my dogs to this groomer and even shopping in this store in the future.

Terribly RACIST!!! We will NEVER step foot in this location again. Kindness and grace go a long way and belittling customers that need assistance is not the way to maintain good business/ customer relationships. It’s okay to have bad days but not okay to be bad people. This team needs some sensitivity and customer service training.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. Worst experience ever!!! I begged for help getting fish out of a tank and explained my concerns of things I didn't know about fish. Received no real help all my fish end up dying so I brought them back the following day only to have a 2nd horrible experience in this store. Never coming back
