“I can’t speak to the past or anyone else’s experiences- but this pharmacy always has what I need! My dogs are on medications that typically aren’t kept in stock or require ordering by the pharmacy. Other pharmacies have quoted several days or up to a week to get them in. Welp- my dog CANNOT wait that long for a refill. I try my hardest to refill ahead of time- but I have adhd and work 4 jobs sooooo…. I’m human you know. I take the blame there. But at this pharmacy- if it needs ordered I typically have to wait 1 day- 2 days max. Typically they have it in stock (probably about 90% of the time!). Staff is always friendly even when I call with dumb questions and they always try to offer solutions if I have a problem or run into a hiccup. I’ve been coming here for about 6 months. Bless this pharmacy team!”

“I had a question about two medications on Sunday evening after every pharmacy in the area was closed. I even checked Costco's Maui store and the pharmacy was already closed. I'd spent a lot of time looking for answers online- my question was primarily about the form factor and medication delivery technology and I wanted answers before I saw my provider. This isn't a retail pharmacy so don't try to take your prescription in, but the pharmacists field somewhere near 3000 medical provider questions every day. I've never had any problems asking pharmacists questions, regardless of where my prescription was filled. In my experience they appreciate being asked and enjoy sharing their knowledge. I was connected with a pharmacist right away and she took plenty of time to talk with me about the other delivery methods available in the dose ranges I need, in addition to understanding my concerns about the delivery method I'm currently using. It's one thing to understand and appreciate the technology; it's another to figure out if it's working as designed.”
