“Regardless of ratings on other pharmacy services, this is the best place to get your vaccinations! The on-line scheduling system works well. We were able to schedule the new updated COVID vaccine online a couple of days in advance. There has been an improvement in the scheduling process with all questions answered online instead of an additional form that had to be filled out in advance. All we had to do was to sign the form that they printed. When we got there, we even had them add the flu shot - "No problem". They checked us in within minutes, even though they were busy. And waited only 5 to 10 minutes for a well-administered vaccine! . We've had 5 visits in 2 yrs and has always been the same. We'll be back!”

I feel for you all, cutting costs, reducing customer service, increasing disappointment from customers, and then higher anger directed at those who are unable to change things. Improve Walgreens, spend money on scholarships, training, and you know, staff ?”
