Had a lot of trouble with my doctor getting the prescription over to the pharmacy but I will have to say the pharmacist Nicole Meyer went out of her way to make sure to get my prescription ready for me, poor woman was working all alone and was very busy, but still took care of me.”

“jennifer the store manager helped me get my medication today because the incompetent male pharmacist (he's lucky i didn't get his name) told me that he can't give it to me even with a physical dr.note. i had to go through the hassle of calling my primary dr. for the last 3 days and she got all confused too. what a waste of everyone's time. i hope this won't happen to anyone it was so frustrating. but fortunately jennifer saved the day! thanks to her! give her a raise because she actually cares and has great customer service which is so rare nowadays.”

Who just hit her five year mark at the store and it’s no wonder why she is maintained a job at this location for so long the customer service was impeccable! It was very welcoming as it is so rare to find such amazing customer service nowadays that has knowledge of not we’re just about everything in the story is to help save time so no wasting a half an hour looking for something but does with a smile and actually went out of her way in a few ways one of the best was actually going to wear the product I was looking for was located And grabbing it for me she did all this while having a smile and during a day where everything that can go wrong is going wrong and my Irish luck is in full affect it was a welcome relief. Britney thank you so much! And Walgreens hopefully you keep hiring more people like her because as a it’s that kind of customer service they’ll add me coming back to this Walgreens no matter how far out of the way it is because of customer service like Britney.
